We went today for the first time and I couldn’t be more pleased! My grandson got a terrarium for Christmas and we wanted to purchase some small succulents and cacti for it. The owner was incredibly kind, helpful and knowledgeable. We left with a nice little assortment and everything we needed to know to ensure my grandsons success with his first plant experience.
The pricing is extremely reasonable and the atmosphere very welcoming. We will absolutely be returning customers and send friends and family too. Thank you for a great experience!

As someone who has a lot of houseplants, it was fun to explore this plant haven. I would say it is a smaller greenhouse - just two tents were open when we went. So the selection is not that great, but they do have some rare stuff. Priced like any other greenhouse. We ended up buying four plants - Marantha, Begonia, Philo. Mexicanum and Imperial red. The staff at the register was friendly.

I just moved to NC and had to replace some lost plants. I feel so fortunate to have found this place! Super helpful and friendly staff (and kitty!), and a beautiful selection of healthy houseplants. Great pots too! I am lucky to live close by...I will definitely be a regular customer!

Gunter’s Greenhouse is one of the best nurseries in NC, definitely one of my favorites to visit for sure. From the super cool rare houseplants to a wide variety of annuals and perennials for the outdoor garden. They’ve got so much to offer, you just have to see for yourself.

Very cute nursery! I love shopping local but I was looking mainly for houseplants. Not the biggest selection but good prices! I'll have to check back soon. Dog owners just FYI no dogs allowed! I read other reviews mentioning cats but didn't see any :(
