Delicious lunch place and awesome atmosphere. More outdoor seating than indoor, but they have a cozy bar to post up at as well. Love the low key vibes of this place. The outdoor seating is super cozy with large picnic tables and nice lighting. The food was delicious - good appetizers and entrees. Mostly ordered off the specials menu but was worth. Dog friendly, and a small amount of parking. Definitely recommend doing reservations, as they take them.

We arrived for casually, we saw the patio area and liked it immediately, we went with our kitty and they didn’t have problem for that so excellent decision come here, I recommend it!! We ordered pint fullsteam beer, fish tacos w guacamole and Daily Special which was a mix to different flavors! If u are in downtown Durham here is a good spot! The waiter wasn’t the better and kindest of them but I’ll come bc I wanted to try banana pudding just that the waiter decided to gave the bill us before to ask for it.

Jumped in for quick dessert while it was raining outside. Was greeted upon entry and was seated promptly. Drinks and desserts were good. Look forward to visiting again and exploring more of the space and menu.

First time here. My food... Was fresh and well cooked but SOOOOO bland... I had the fried chicken plate. It automatically comes with dark meat. Did not know you could or even had to order white meat. The menu does not say there are options. I just always assume it comes with chicken breast. My daughter's Turkey sandwich was pretty good but the majority of the fries were soggy/soft, not crispy. My "potatoe salad" was just chopped baby red potatoes cut into quarters? And then maybe tossed? In mayo? Dill? And I think some relish...? That is NOT potato salad. The green beans had NO seasoning but the pepper I put on them helped. The deviled eggs egg white shell was SO tough it was like egg white jerky. I don't know. I did love the drinks though and will likely only go back for the drinks...

The fries and dipping sauces were the star of our experience, even though everything else has also been 5 stars. Great local beer selection, the grilled local catfish tacos were stunning, and my wife is currently demolishing a Tofu Bahn Mi. Highly recommend!

We tried for the first time for lunch. A lovely little space especially outdoors when the weather is good. Casual and light. Good prices. Only downside is the construction happening next door. The machinery can give off different fumes which is not always pleasant but we were able to move tables and no problem. Will be back!!

Our lunch at Greer Street Garden was the perfect cap to our morning. After hiking, I wanted a place that we could eat outside in the shade and also had vegan options. Greer Street Garden fit the bill. We sat outside in their shaded back porch at the picnic tables. Our server and hostess were both very friendly and accommodating. The server double checked that the bahn mi and artichoke appetizer were vegan. He also made sure to split the bahn mi on 2 places because we wanted to share that and the appetizer. Excellent service. The food itself was also amazing. The artichoke appetizer was acidic, salty, and sweet. The artichokes were cooked perfectly. Tender but not mushy. The Bahn Mi was flavourful and a little spicy. The pickled veggies went very well with the sweet and spicy tofu. We both hoovered it down quickly. Yum. I also took a picture of the Dim Sum plate but we did not try it. The person who did said it was great! I'm excited to go back to Greer Street Garden. The food was all very fresh and flavorful. The service was on point and fast. You should give it a shot if you're reading this far! :)
