Highly recommend! This is a wonderful group of coaches and fencers who are passionate educators, talented in fencing and leadership, and still keep things fun for the young ones. My son comes home inspired, engaged, and excited about his next fencing practice. We’re really grateful to have found this community here.

Our girl scout troop took a private class at Forge Fencing and it was amazing. The instructors will knowledgable and patient. The girls had a blast; several were asking for how they can take classes on the way out.

Attended an orientation tonight with my 9 year old that has been begging to start fencing and I was BLOWN AWAY! Everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming. Coach Cathleen went above and beyond to show us around and introduce us to the sport. As someone who knows nothing about it, I never felt intimidated or out of place.

My boys (twins age 9) did a week of fencing summer camp and loved it! The instructors were patient and intelligent in the way that they guided a high-energy group of kids with time for fencing, play (that worked on other coordination skills), and down time so they weren't completely frazzled by the end of a long day. I also really appreciated the coaches awareness of building character, self-control, and respect through the whole experience. We will definitely be coming back for regular lessons!

Our son joined Forge Fencing Academy and it has been a phenomenal experience from the very beginning. Before we even started, Coach Jeff took the time to answer all of our questions and made the process feel approachable and welcoming. During the new fencer orientation, Coach Sky was incredibly supportive and helped our son feel comfortable despite his anxiety about trying something new. After completing the 10-day trial, we immediately signed up for a membership.

Every coach our son has worked with has been truly amazing.. They are positive, motivating, incredibly knowledgeable, and it is clear they genuinely love what they do. In such a short time, we have already seen huge growth in our son’s confidence, social connections, and of course fencing skills. Watching him build relationships with both peers and coaches has been so rewarding.

We cannot recommend Forge Fencing Academy highly enough.
