Food is delicious i ordered a turkey bacon ranch and it just melted in my mouth, Service and environment is great for lunch!

I asked for a side of carolina gold BBQ sauce and then the young man asked the lady something in Spanish and then told me that they didn't have any. I asked them how they didn't have any but they're promoting a New Carolina Gold BBQ sandwich! And he said that they had to make more. 🤔 why didn't anyone make more when you're promoting a brand New Carolina Gold sandwich! Mind you they didn't tell me that they were out of anything and that was one of my options! It seems like either they didn't make any more sauce because they didn't want to have to make that sandwich or they were just being lazy and didn't want to get it for me. Either way that really bothered me.

Customer service is laughable, staff member never looked up from her phone, just pointed at the shelf for the pickup order. Dining area was empty, dirty tables, dirty floor. Side note: Firehouse should be embarrassed by that “hot sauce bar”…which was also filthy. The food was standard.

I order lunch to be delivered from here to my work at least twice a month. I am always satisfied with the food and delivery process. Never had a bad experience. Would highly recommend!

Went in for my usual when i witnessed a lady being racist to the employees with the phrase "thats why yall are going back to where you came from", im taking time out of my night because ive been coming here for 5 years already and have always experienced great food and great customer service that i felt really bad for the employees. Lady kept asking for owners cell Phone number which employees responded that they werent allowed to do that which caused her more anger that she started threatning to call coorporation and health department. Lady was unbelievable, Hope coorporation sees this
