I bought (2) 5 flavored pound cakes @ $45 per cake. I traveled with them about 3 hours. When I removed the cakes from the boxes the middle caved in and was very very moist (too moist) and crumbly. Not a good look for presentation! I take nothing away from the overall taste other than a bit too moist! Just wanted to let you know!

Im a true fan of favor since he was selling out of his car never been disappointed. BUT the last slice of strawberry shortcake was very dry which was very surprisingly disappointing. I have never thrown a slice of cake away until this weekend. This does not determine or stop me from being a true patron I will just stick with what I have been purchasing in the past. Red Velvet, five flavors and coconut.

I actually purchased my caked from J and J's Fish and Chicken but, this review is about the cake. Everything isn't for everyone but, I had red velvet and baby is was oh so good. I also purchased additional red velvet with pineapple coconut and lemon. I hope they are just as delicious as the red velvet. The price was food also.

I am not a huge cake fan but this business had cake slices at the NC State Fair and let me tell yalllllll….. BEST cake slices I’ve ever ate. Banana pudding was my breakfast, strawberry crunch was the absolute BEST, and the carrot cake had nuts in it which made it mouth watering. Moist, flavorful & the best frosting I’ve ever ate.

Outstanding my family and I love them. Very moist flavorful and filling. We purchase 4pcs of slice cake tonight. One slice of cake was split between two people.

Loved them for years. My favorites their carrot cake ( real carrots, cinnamon and crunchy walnuts) and their red velvet cupcake (moist, rich, cocoa-infused, and topped with cream cheese frosting ).
Weekly sale on cupcakes. Half-off cupcakes on Wednesdays. Dangerous to the hips.

Ist timer. Had a slice of lemon cake and German chocolate. Delicious! Would have liked a bit more lemon flavor in the icing (that's just me). I'm coming back for the daily specials and to try the other flavors. He also custom makes cakes.
