Small enterprise that turns over cars quickly due to their area. In our 3 visits here, the staff was always fantastic and friendly. They were honest and upfront, trying to do what they could to make the customers happy. Great job!

I rent cars from this location multiple times a month for work and it is always a smooth process! Yoshi and the others in the office always greet us with a smile and our car and paperwork ready to go, and they always make sure we get the best car for the best deal. I definitely recommend this location and thing all of the folks working here have amazing great customer service. See yall soon!

Some vandal broke into my car back in late August. Now, I am not into material possessions like that, as I have been with, and I have been without. For me personally, the most annoying part of vandalism is just the time and effort it takes to replace what is stolen or damaged. The car bandit decided it would be a pleasantry to knock my driver’s window out. Imagine my frustration when the neighbors knocked on my door and asked, “Are you the one who drives the red Kia? Now imagine their follow-up statement being, “We think someone broke into your vehicle.” In my mind, this could not have occurred at a more inopportune time, as I was scheduled to be in Atlanta to sing at my best friend’s mother’s wedding in just a few short weeks. After filing the police report, I called my insurance company to file a claim only to be reminded that I would have had to pay a $500 deductible. This is not the news I wanted to hear, especially as I am not presently employed full-time.
To make a story that could be much longer, shorter, after learning that there was a back order on the part, and that it needed to be shipped from Ohio, I determined that there was just no way I would be able to drive my vehicle. Thank God for full coverage and the car rental capabilities it includes.
I made an appointment with the Enterprise located at 3648 Durham Chapel Hill Road in Durham, NC. I typically dislike dealing with the whole car rental process as I usually run into hiccups of some sort. But when I tell you that the gentlemen at this location know a thing or two about excellent customer service, this is precisely what I mean. My experience started out with Jerry promptly picking my fur-son, Prynce Jr., and I up from my residence and giving us a most pleasant ride to the rental center. During our 15-minute ride, we conversed about New York and music. Upon arrival, Kordarius very promptly initiated the process and within a matter of minutes had me feeling pleased with his choice of upgrade to a sedan sized vehicle for a daily price that could not be beaten. Additionally, he suggested that I not return the vehicle until my car had been repaired.
I was extremely impressed with the fact that this Enterprise rental center was staffed by all men of color apart from Jerry, the driver, and individually as well as collectively, they were sharp in the appearance, as well as their level of professionalism. I was extremely grateful for their seamless execution of my car rental process and vowed that I would write a review that would shed light on just how phenomenal the men of 3658 Durham Chapel Hill Blvd Enterprise are.
If you are looking to rent a vehicle for any occasion, I strongly recommend this enterprise. You will receive the absolute best in customer service, and ladies, you might even find your next date.

This is the 2nd time I have got a rental from this location everyone there was very thoughtful and helpful with my rental. They had a very nice selection of cars and they were clean and up to date with comparable pricing. I would definitely rent from them again.

Getting the car was quick and easy. Representative was friendly and answered my questions. Car itself was clean but needed at least one new tire (or maybe a wheel bearing). Had the rhythmic whomp noise the entire time to FL and back. But the car had more than 41k miles and it's a rental so not unexpected.

Enterprise on 15-501 in Durham. This is the first time I have used them and had been using the one on Franklin Street, Chapel Hill but had a bad experience with them. At this location I received very friendly customer service, they had a great selection of cars and trucks to choose from, the vehicles were clean, and the service was quick. They sent out reminder the day before scheduled pickup to confirm. Returning the vehicle- service was prompt. I will definitely use their service again.

Have been using this location for quite a while, and it's honestly one of the best customer service experiences I've had at rentals. All the associates are polite and efficient, and special mention to Yoshi who always puts in the extra effort to make the experience super smooth and pleasant.
