I love this location! Everyone here is extremely friendly and helpful. I've never had any problems with my rental and the cars are always on point. Yoshi is by far my favorite. He is always taking care of my rental needs.

There is room for improvement, the website is the most common way to reserve a car from any rent a car, unfortunately is not well coordinated with the local agencies, the website tells you yes we have cars and you go ahead and select the size vehicle you need, but then you go to the agency and surprise! you end up with whatever they have on the lot and if it is a bigger car, because they don't have the size that you selected you take what they have or no car, and of course the total for the car is not near what you were given on the web. Why the customer has to get punished for the agency not having cars and still giving you a reservation? I will rather being notify the location does not have any more cars on the size I am looking for and it will be my choice if I want to pay more for a bigger car. is like a fine line to a scam, sort of "I GOT YOU NOW!" Not cool seems a little dishonest practice. I was told that only if you have made the reservation a week or more in advance, well still, tell me you do not have the car!

Great experience at Enterprise Chapel Hill Blvd. We had previously used the location on Hillsborough Rd in Durham. They screwed us and gave our reserved rental away last time. Ruined our vacation. Trying a different location before giving up on Enterprise completely. One suggestion. We returned a day early. They should credit us or give a voucher for next rental. Keep our business.

I really enjoyed the Representative that assisted me with my rental. Although they deleted the small suv I was supposed to have gotten the Chevrolet Malibu was great. Also the no hassle when returning was easy and problem-free. I would recommend anyone to Enterprise.
