Everyone working at 4:30 on November 26th was awesome! Every person that was either already up front or came up front said hi to us. We spoke specifically to two different guys, the one I spoke to on the phone and made the reservation with (Keith), he was there when we got there for pickup and Grant, who checked us in and gave me the keys. Those two gentlemen are absolute gems! Plus all the other associates coming and going all made a point to make us feel welcome. Customer service is important to me and this store has excellent customer service! When we returned the rental on Dec 2nd we were helped by K, who is an absolute sweetie pie doll baby. Very professional, helpful and kind. I love this location! On drop-off day it was VERY busy, like so busy it was difficult to find a 2nd parking space, but the employees didn't show any signs of being 'too busy' or in a rush. I can guarantee that if we need a rental THIS is 100% where we'll be renting from. Thank you guys!

Do not let the bad reviews deter you from using this location. I was in and out and less than 20 minutes. Before i left the lot they educated me on the process and had to sign to acknowledge and if i had any questions i had the opportunity to ask right then and there. The whole crew was awesome but the only name i remember from the interaction was Von who checked us in.

Despite not opening on time, the customer service was excellent! I got into my car almost immediately and Keith was thorough in his explanation of the working of the vehicle. He did however, neglect to mention damage to the front end, which was noted on my paperwork, but was not shared with me directly. It only caused minor inconvenience at drop-off. Overall, the entire experience was great!

We have rented from other Enterprises before, but this time was a GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! It started out with a great greeting and conversation with Devon and then Grant took over with same hospitality. Grant did his thing on setting us up and explaining everything step by step with our rental. He was very knowledgeable on everything he was doing. He got us in and out quickly in a very nice quality vehicle. We had absolutely no problems with it. They kept us happy and laughing throughout the whole process. It felt like we knew each other for years, but it was our first time meeting. When we brought it back. It was the same exact energy, and knowledge of what happens after you return a vehicle. I hope and pray you keep these 2 guys for a VERY LONG TIME, cause I don't know when I'm gonna need a rental again but when I do. I'm going straight back there. Hoping Grant and DeVon will still be there giving out GREAT SERVICE (53A5 Hillsborough Rd. Durham NC). THNX GUYS!!! GIVE THEM RAISES.

McKayla was a great help with my experience at this location. She runs a smooth operation. Everyone has a task and they are all on top of it. Unfortunately, their company needs to get them better cars. The base cars are awful. Pay the extra and upgrade.

As usual my latest rental experience was fantastic. I've used a few other locations in the area and the one on Hillsborough Rd. in Durham, NC is by far my favorite. I've also tried other rental companies and have found Enterprise to be the best!!!

Excellent customer service. Was told on the phone they had no cars available within insurance rental budget and I'd need to pay some out of pocket. I told the gentleman helping me that money was right and even the little bit out of pocket was going to be tough. He went back inside and found me a smaller vehicle within the set budget. Grant, you're the man, I really appreciate your exceptional service. Whatever they pay you, it's not enough 😁👍🏽

Wonderful customer service. So very friendly & helpful. Easy online reservation & quick pick up & drop off. Car was very clean & roomy. Customer service rep even knew I was going to the beach and offered me a jeep for an upgrade. That was a considerate suggestion. Made me feel like she was really interested in me having a great vacation (which I did). Thank you to Enterprise for always being amazing.

I don't rent vehicles often, but Enterprise on Hillsborough Road in Durham, N.C. has become my go to place. The people are courteous, knowledgeable and helpful in all ways. The cars are clean and comfortable and have always been ready on time. The last 2 rentals were last minute arrangements and went smoothly. I first became acquainted with this place through my USAA auto insurance policy and that, in and of itself, is a great endorsement. If there is one complaint, it is space, they need more.

Went to pick up my rental today, I walked into the business. I was greeted quick, fast, and professional. This team is a CLASS ACT!! also patient, kind, just great service all aspects..Tony made sure that I found what I needed and was satisfied with my choice. The young man who made sure that my car was clean up to my satisfaction. I know five stars 🌟 are good, But!! I gave them ten stars 🌟 Great Team 👍 ❤️❤️❤️

Maurice greeted me as soon as I walked into the Enterprise office. He was very friendly, took my name looked up my reservation and went and checked on my car. Came back and stated they were just finishing making sure the care was clean. A few minutes later the car was brought out. Maurice gave me his card and told me to call if I had any problems. Great service the car was great and the return was easy.
