I enjoyed the service and Mario was a great help in getting the rental i needed and explaining everything. Also i love that they pick you up and drop you off home. The assistant manager Kelvin was very helpful with getting my rental extended and not having to stress over paying a huge charge.

I always reserve online. The customer service is excellent. The manager at the Durham NC Hillsborough Rd location is Anthony, he has a great team. Jazzmyn is the person that helped me this time. She explained everything and was very patient. Sometimes they are busy, just be patient that’s because people like this location. I like everyone there I would recommend this location.

Thanks very much to agent Anthony in assisting with a rental. I arrived late but was still afforded a choice of vehicles, and allowed to leave my own vehicle at the lot during the rental period. Very pleasant and professional presentation. Thank you

Had a great experience with Enterprise on Hillsborough Rd in Durham. The car was waiting for pickup when I got there; it had been washed and had a half tank of gas. I had checked with Budget and their price couldn't match Enterprise, also. I had to use the rental car one day longer than expected, and had no problem with doing so. Great service. Would recommend this business.

I WROTE A REVIEW LAST WEEKEND, QUITE EXTENSIVE, AND VOILA - IT DISAPPEARED. I SUSPECT IT WAS BECAUSE I REFERRED TO A DIVERSITY ISSUE SO HERE GOES - TRY AGAIN - I MADE A RESERVATION FOR MY HUSBAND, OR TRIED TO, ON LINE ONLY TO FIND OUT YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM THEM WHEN YOU NEED TO BE PICKED UP. I CALLED THE ENTERPRISE NUMBER AND MADE THE RESERVATION, TOOK CARE OF THE PICKUP AND ALL ELSE HOWEVER, THE AGENT SAID I SHOULD CALL THE ACTUAL LOCATION TO BE SURE THEY PAY ATTENTION TO THE PICK UP ORDER.
I CALLED DURHAM AND SPENT 19.2 MINUTES ON HOLD, NO KIDDING, AND 3 TIMES SOMEONE ANSWERED AND SAID HOLD PLEASE AND LEFT. AT 19.2 MINUTES, I GOT DISCONNECTED. I CALLED BACK, ANGRY NOW, AND GOT A LOVELY YOUNG LADY AND BEGGED HER NOT TO PUT ME ON HOLD GIVEN MY 19.2 MINUTES ALREADY. SHE LISTENED AND TOOK CARE OF ME HERSELF, RIGHT THEN. SHE APOLOGIZED AND SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE TO PICK HIM UP, AND THEY WERE.
HE RENTED HIS CAR AND DROVE BACK TO ATLANTA AND DROPPED THE CAR OFF AT THE SUWANEE BRANCH SATURDAY EVENING, AFTER HOURS. MONDAY MORNING AT 8 AM I WAS AT THE LOCATION TO CLOSE OUT THE RENTAL AND MAKE SURE THAT THE $200 DEPOSIT WAS PUT BACK ON MY HUSBANDS CREDIT CARD.
I WAS TOLD THEY HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT AND WHEN I STATED THAT DURHAM SAID IT WOULD BE DONE AT DELIVERY, HE SAID THEY KNEW NOTHING AND THAT HE COULD NOT EVEN LOOK IT UP IN HIS COMPUTER AND THAT I NEEDED TO WAIT UNTIL DURHAM CALLED TO CLOSE IT OUT. HE DID NOT EVEN GO OUT TO INSPECT THE CAR!!! NOTHING!!!
NEEDLESS TO SAY DURHAM DID NOT CALL SO I CALLED THEM AND TRUE TO FORM, AFTER 11 MINUTES ON HOLD, I HUNG UP AS I WAS AT WORK. THE NEXT DAY I GOT A CALL FROM ENTERPRISE ASKING HOW THE EXPERIENCE WAS AND HOW PLEASED WAS I ETC. I WAS IN A MEETING AND TOLD HER SO AND HAD TO GO BUT I GAVE NO INDICATION OF ANYTHING.
TODAY, THURSDAY (CAR RENTED SATURDAY) MY HUSBAND GETS AN EMAIL WITH A CLAIM ATTACHED TELLING HIM THEY ARE KEEPING HIS $200 DEPOSIT AND ALSO TELLING HIM THEY NEED HIS INSURANCE INFORMATION. OH, THEY SENT IT TO JELAY. I HAVE NO IDEA WHO JELAY IS BUT I THINK ONE OF THEIR DIVERSE EMPLOYEES GOT IT MIXED UP WITH GARY. HOW - I HAVE NO IDEA. THEY HAD HIS DRIVERS LICENSE, THE RESERVATION WAS CORRECT BUT SOMEHOW IT TRANSLATED TO JELAY.
MY HUSBAND DROVE RIGHT TO SUWANEE AND ASKED ABOUT IT AND HE WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS DAMAGE ON THE BUMPER AND GARY ASKED TO SEE IT. THEY TOLD HIM THE CAR WAS ALREADY RENTED OUT SO HE COULD NOT SEE IT. HE ASKED WHY THEY DID NOT DO A TURN IN INSPECTION MONDAY MORNING AND WAS TOLD THEY DID NOT HAVE TO ON A DIFFERENT LOCATIONS CAR.
OMG - HE THEN CALLED DURHAM AND GOT THE LADY THAT DID HIS RENTAL AND SHE SAID IT WAS RAINING SO HARD THAT DAY THAT SHE PROBABLY JUST MISSED IT!!!!!! HE ASKED WHAT NOW AS THEY OWED HIM THE $200 DEPOSIT AND ALSO WAS BEING CHARGED EVEN MORE AND THAT THEY WANTED HIS INSURANCE INFORMATION. SHE AGAIN SAID SORRY, I GUESS I MISSED IT WITH THE RAIN?????
MY HUSBAND WAS STANDING IN SUWANEE AND CONVEYED THE INFORMATION TO THE CLERK AND HE SAID "I GUESS YOU'LL JUT HAVE TO HIRE A LAWYER". WHILE MY HUSBAND WAS STILL IN THE LOCATION, HE CALLED HIS CREDIT CARD COMPANY, YOU KNOW THE ONE - THE ONE THAT CATERS TO VETERANS - AND TOLD THEM THE STORY AND HAD THEM STOP/DISPUTE THE CHARGE. HE WAS GOING TO PAY THE $298.00 AND JUST STOP THE $200 BUT THEY SAID NO - DISPUTE THE WHOLE THING.
SO NOW, WHO KNOWS WHAT WILL HAPPEN. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A CAR RENTAL COMPANY EVER. I AM SENDING A FORMAL LETTER OF COMPLAINT TO THE CEO WITH THE DOCUMENTATION.
THE ONLY REASON WE USED ENTERPRISE IS BECAUSE HE NEEDED TO BE PICKED UP AT HIS OFFICE IN DURHAM. GUESS A CAB RIDE TO BUDGET WOULD HAVE COST LESS IN THE LONG RUN.

Reserved a Camry as part of an insurance rental. When I got there they had me in something tiny. When I asked about my reservation I was told it was done by someone on St. Louis and "They sometimes give out bad info." They were going to put me in a Chevy but at a higher price than what I was quoted for the Camry. Thank goodness Hertz is a short uber ride away. Worthless customer no service!

I have rented through Enterprise many times. Renting through the on-line service is so easy. Then, when pick up your rental everything goes smoothly.
