Maurice greeted me as soon as I walked into the Enterprise office. He was very friendly, took my name looked up my reservation and went and checked on my car. Came back and stated they were just finishing making sure the care was clean. A few minutes later the car was brought out. Maurice gave me his card and told me to call if I had any problems. Great service the car was great and the return was easy.

Booking was confirmed by the Assistant Manager, but there was no car when we went to pick it up. We were told it was book again for several days later, but when we called the day before pick up, or reservation was not in the system. The saving grace about the experience was "J" (aka, Beyonce') who helped us check the car back in, and who was amazing! Super friendly, personable, detail-oriented and efficient - she brought this review from a 2 to a 4.

Addy was really helpful, and so are the other stuff. If I would get a rental car again, I would come here.
My car was in a body shop for repair, and my insurance company made a reservation for me. The pickup at this Enterprise location was smooth; however, I was only given one option of a SUV at the time. The staff here promised me to have a sedan ready next time when I came, and they fulfilled their promise!

They took care of all of our needs very fast, very very professional, answered everyone of my questions to the fullest, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the car I rented. I am a Travler Medical tech so therefore I have to go to different places so I usually rent vehicles to go where I must go. Enterprise has been so good to me. Upgrades and quick service so I can get to where I need to get to. They also work with me during my assignment so I don’t always have to go to an office. I just want to say keep up the great work. I am currently in Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Hillsborough Rd… as a business owner, I am Blown Away by the SUPERIOR Customer Service that each customer is personally receiving… there is a shortage of cars on today, but we all patiently wait, because the staff here is PHENOMENAL in making us feel seen and heard. As I hear even the phone calls come through & how they are handled, I wish Every establishment could take training from this team… (Look Out Chic-fiil-a!😅). The manager here is AWESOME in his ability to de-escalate a situation with a very frustrated customer (due to the car shortage), and That customer is now calm & patient😇… Thank You to the ENTIRE Team at Enterprise Rent-a-Car on Hillsborough Rd. No issues. I had to wait a little bit for the detailing to get done when I went to pick up my rental, but the attendant was very nice and professional. I had to change my drop off time several times due to the garage not knowing when my car would be done, and it was very easy to change when I wanted to drop the rental back off to Enterprise. They even have a shuttle from the garage where my car was worked on and Enterprise. And I could just leave the rental at the garage and they came to pick it up. I had to leave a deposit for when I thought I was going to have the rental for several more days, and, since I dropped the rental off early, Enterprise refunded me for all of the extra days I didn’t use, no questions asked. Would use them again.

My entire experience with Enterprise staff was excellent. I didn't know what to expect with all of my transaction going through my insurance carrier but the Enterprise staff kept me informed through the entire process. Agents reached out prior to my appointment with the repair shop. This was so important because until that conversation I had no clue how the process would work.
Maurice was prompt and accommodating when dropping off my rental. And was also very thoughtful when referring me to the car purchasing department when the status of my claim changed. I appreciated Matt reaching out to let me know that their sales department was ready to help in anyway they could. Great customer service is hard to come by these days which is why I was so thankful during this stressful situation the Enterprise Rent A Car staff provided such great service.

They always make sure that I am comfortable with my rental and provide answers to my questions about the car that I am renting. They keep me coming back.

I book through a third party rental car agency. They still took care of me from the time I walked in and out and the same as when I returned. No miscommunication, polite, and well mannered staff. Just rented a compact car(Nissan Sentra) 8/25-8/28.

This location is OUTSTANDING the entire Enterprise team is so friendly, helpful, and really well-informed.. I only remember Kevin's name but there were a couple of other staff members who helped me also, all GREAT. The Customer Service has always been incredible. You can tell they try. They have always responded to any concerns. I WOULD give them a 2 or 3 star on vehicle selection though.
I've used this location several times over the past years. I always reserve a 'Full-Size' car, but they never seem to have one. Yes they offer a free upgrade to an SUV. HOWEVER, a mid-sized SUV or CUV is NOT Full-Size.
This last time, I went past their free upgrade and paid the difference for a premium vehicle upgrade. LOVED it. What I didn't account for was its need for Premium fuel. LOL
Recently, my travel club offered greater discounts with other rental companies. I stuck w/ Enterprise though. Truly, other than selection, I keep returning because of the staff!

My car was hit and it had to go to the body shop. Enterprise came to the body shop and picked me up. They took me back to their place where I signed the contract. They let me pick the car I wanted to drive and made the experience very pleasant. When I picked my car up I was able to leave the Enterprise car at the body shop and they came and got it.

Mauris and Kevin , were very polite and puntual. We rented the car out and came home to find out that there wasnt enough room for luggage. We called them to explain our concern and they immediently helped us out and the service was great. I reccomend this place, you wont be disappointed.
