My mother and I wandered in after doing a little shopping in bright leaf and left feeling very satisfied.The pizza was fantastic, the server was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with choosing our delicious pizza. The drink were very delicious too. We had the nonalcoholic beer and a few cocktails.And the Brussels sprouts salad was to die for! I definitely plan on going back soon!

Tried Emmy Squared Pizza in Downtown Durham for the first time via UberEATS since I couldn’t step away for lunch—and I’m glad I did. The pizza was excellent—crispy, cheesy, and full of flavor. It reminded me of Jet’s Pizza but way better in every way. Definitely a new go-to. Highly recommend!

Their build-your-own pizza features a vegan crust, vegan cheese, and a great selection of fresh veggie toppings. While they don’t offer meat substitutes like tofu or plant-based sausage, the flavor stands strong on its own.
My partner went with the vegan build-your-own, and I had the Margherita pizza—both were absolutely delicious! The real standout was the service. It was a one-person operation the day we visited, and they managed the entire restaurant with ease and friendliness.

Delicious pizza and chicken crunchers! Great service by the wait staff. We were hoping to sit outside on a beautiful Saturday but were told that the manager had not yet approved outdoor seating for the day. Really bizarre. Here is a photo of the lovely outdoor seating that we weren't able to enjoy!

Came on a Saturday for lunch, had a reservation for 6, but we didn’t really need one, it wasn’t too busy around 1 pm!
The restaurant has a full bar so the dirty martini made was so good! Although, The other cocktails on the menu were 10/10! The h&h marg was so good, the emotional damage was also so yummy!
The food was also 10/10, we shared the Zia fries and that was perfect for 6 people to share! Everyone got the regular pizza, which was the size of the cocktail menu, and everyone’s pizza was also 10/10. I got the Emmy and added sirloin steak (+3 addition) and it was just so good! Everyone had to take boxes home, so definitely save room for leftovers later!
Marybeth was our waitress and she was outstanding. She was able to split the check 6 ways for the Zia fries, and that can be annoying for the waitress but she offered and she was so wonderful! 10/10 recommend this restaurant to anyone!

It was our first time here. The pizza was so delicious! We ordered the meatsiah pizza, shareable Caesar salad, and pineapple chili glaze wings! We were celebrating 2 bdays so we had the skillet brownie! The atmosphere was nice and the music selection was great! We had drinks too! Last but not least our server Mackenzie was very attentive and so patient and made sure we had the best experience! Can’t wait to go back!

Real busy in the evenings, and for good reason! Couldn't wait to try this spot and it exceeded expectations. Had 1 gluten free pizza and 1 regular, couldn't tell which was which because both were amazing. Very excited for leftovers. They've also got a nice bar area, and ample TVs to watch sports. Cocktails were also very good. Had already recommended this place to friends before I even left.

Great place to eat deep dish. I had the margarita pizza. The service was very nice and inviting. Thh environment was very clean and welcoming. my only qualm would be it seems a bit pricey for the amount of food you're getting.

Arrived to a friendly greeting and was seated straight away at the bar. I was surprised how busy it was for 6pm but this speaks volumes to it being popular, plus, it added to the atmosphere. I ordered the smaller Detroit style pizza which I found to be just the right size. Tasted delicious with just the right amount of toppings.
I'd definitely visit again when I'm in town.

Just as good as the original. Great ambience, service was awesome, and the pizza was just as good as ever. We got the Brussels sprouts to start which were fantastic. The VIP pizza was amazing and so glad we had leftovers to bring home.

A friend and I dined in today. It was not busy. I see bigger crowds there at night. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, great service, and delicious food. We shared the Butternut Squash and Brussels salad and it was bursting with flavor! The gluten free pizza may be the best I’ve ever had. We enjoyed the Good Paulie this time. The crispy crust is yummy! My friend was surprised how good the gf pizza was.

This place is amazing!! I ate here last Friday and went back on Monday because I was craving it. Both days I went during lunch. Cole was our server (and the only server) who was juggling being a host, server, and bartender. The restaurant was packed (at least 7 tables full both time) and Cole was the only server for all of them. He did such a great job and was very helpful. The food was top notch. I had the garlic cheese sticks to start and we tried the MVP and Colony pizza. Absolutely delicious!!! This is easily my new favorite pizza. The bottom and crust have the perfect crisp while remaining soft.
To the owners - please hire another server during lunch time. Cole did an amazing job but he could use the help! We felt so bad watching him be the only one running around.

This was INCREDIBLE. I have to eat gluten free and their pizza is PHENOMENAL. You would never know it’s GF!! Our waitress was amazing. Even the hostess when we arrived allowed us to have a booth when we asked instead of a table since it would be easier for our kids. Such a delicious meal. Will definitely be back! The watermelon salad was so fresh and tasty and the pesto pizza was 👌🏻!!
