The Auctioneer makes delicious cocktails for a excellent price! The staff is wonderful and always trying new recipes made from fresh local ingredients. 😋

I got the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich with Mac-n-cheese. It was phenomenal. The staff is amazing and the food is amazing. You can't go wrong with them!

I see the negative reviews and I know that it's because most of us haven't eaten in a food court since college. Push that fact aside, and you have an amazing addition to Durham's food scene. Hard working staff, great food, clean facility, comfortable vibe, etc... Only thing that could make it better for me if to have everything open all of the time so I can spend more of my money on you guys lol

Durham is just cool and their food hall is very Durham. It's thought out, it's cool, it's chill it's creative, It's fresh. Lots different seating. Very open and airy. Lots of lights. The aesthetics are really nice and inviting. I also like how every vendor has their own style to bring. It's not, at all, like every place looks the same in a mall food court. Lots of creativity here. I had Ex-Voto. Freaking amazing. Go. Get it. Be Happy. Take a walk around Durham Central Park just outside afterwards.

This is the best Hot chicken sandwich of my life. Had me sweating but the spicy-ness and flavorful-ness was a perfect balance. Combine it with the potato salad. I’m a born and raised southerner this is the real deal.

Of the three food halls in the area that I know of (Transfer and Morgan St being the others) I rank this place #2, behind Transfer and miles ahead of Morgan. At this time, the number of vendors seems low so it's easy to grow tired of it once you discover what you like. The individual vendors can be hit or miss. I love the idea of this place so I'll be back but I hope they expand if they can acquire the space and have more vendors. Once they allow dine-in seating I'll be way more interested in spending time here.

We ate at Lula & Sadie's and Marco's 530. The pasta at Marco's was really good and chicken and waffles was great as well. Staff was friendly. Will definitely be making a return trip in the future.

We've visited a couple of times and each time the food and the atmosphere were great!! The drinks at The Auctioneer are delicious. I wish there were more outlets. I expected them around the bar and along the walls but they are frustratingly few and far between. Oh! and purse hooks under the bar. It's the little things. But otherwise yes!! I love this spot! I've had spaghetti and meatballs and dumplings from Marco's; sweet potato pie, mac n cheese and brisket from Lula and Sadie's, guac and chips from Ex-Voto. All were delicious. I also ordered oatmeal creme sandwich cookies from After. I was taken aback that the gentleman just grabbed them out of the jar with his hands, no gloves, then touched them repeatedly to arrange them in the container (which was lovely), and then came to ring me up. I could be hypersensitive but it felt less than sanitary, especially in these times. Anyway, we'll be back to the Durham Food Hall repeatedly!

Recent NYC transplant to Durham and this itches all the right places. Lovely vibe. Great options without being too overwhelming. I will be eating here weekly now since I WFH!

Incredible spot! We sat at the main bar where the drinks are amazing. Amanda was very helpful explaining the entire concept to us since it was our first time. Pastrami sandwich from Old North and a spicy pizza from Napoli hit the spot, we'll be back to try the rest for sure.

Marco's 530😊. Absolutely delicious, freshly made. I built my own entree and when I tell you it was good, trust me it was😋. It was part of my Offline offers for this month ( Yes I am giving 2 reviews :-)).Here is the entree I built and if you live in the area, I strongly suggest enrolling in Offline. It will introduce you to the support small businesses in the area in regard to beverages, food, desserts and entertainment. Use my referral code (dr.lottiebarnes) for a free month to give Offline a try, you will not be disappointed.

The Durham Food Hall seriously needs to reconsider their choice of music. First of all, the music is loud and not played subtly in the background. With a large number of people eating and talking it's loud enough to begin with. I don't want to have to yell at the person I'm talking to across the table. Secondly, the music consists of a repetitive mix of about 20-30 tracks of boomer-music ranging from the Eagles, Queen, Tom Petty and Elton John. That's music a lot of people like for good reasons. But it doesn't fit the ambience of the food hall, nor does it take into account that 90% of people here are below the age of 50. I'm at a place where I pay $5+ for a latte, not at a redneck tailgate before a football game. Choose something more minimal or classy, something without lyrics, maybe. Food and drinks are great over all, although most of the restaurants seem to be closed on one or two days a week pretty much randomly. I can never estimate which places will be open on any given day of the week.

Such a cool space! So many great food options in a well designed and decorated space. Drinks at the center bar were good and definitely worth the money!

I LOVE The Durham Food Hall. You will too! Old North Meats and Provisions has amazing sandwiches and also offers deli meats, charcuterie and wonderful side items. The other places to grab food are very good too. From sea food to pizza to bagels, you will find something here that you enjoy eating. On top of that, it is a cool place to grab lunch and eat in the Durham Central Park.

Y'all the food I had here was amazing - I got the schnitzel sandwich and kale slaw on the side - it seriously outperformed my expectations. I generally go for sandwiches that have tons of toppings and sauces, this was more simple but every element was done just right. Will definitely be going here again

Visited the Durham Food Hall for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. It hosts a friendly mix of restaurants and more with great structure regarding social distancing. I had a great pastrami sandwich from Old North Meats that didn’t make it in front of the camera :\The folks at the Auctioneer Bar were warm and I know will provide an awesome experience when things open up in the future!

Great variety of dining options here, in an incredibly clean and modern space. Nicely arranged setup with COVID-awareness in mind. I've dined at Lula and Sadie's twice this week while visiting from Dallas and the food is exceptional. Good southern food with a creative flair. The salmon was quite good, but the Texas Brisket sliders were really outstanding. Great white mac & cheese too. And you really need to try the bluefish dip as an appetizer! As the movie guys used to say, two thumbs up!

I've tried two dishes from Lula and Sadie's in as many weeks as I've done order pick up since being back at work. Both the Nashville hot chicken and Fat Tuesday burger were fantastic. I also tried the Mac and cheese as well as the dirty rice, both were great and I look forward to trying more of their menu!

We just had the most wonderful meal at Locals Oyster Bar. We had the fried fish collars, fish basket, and fish sandwich. It was the first time I have had fish collars and they were super yummy especially with the honey drizzled on them. This is a great find!

I had a pastrami sandwich at the old north meats and provision and try out lula and Sadie's brisket and mac cheese was so yummy. The collards greens were absolutely perfect. Drinks were perfect. It was a nice place to find local food. Surprised there was an herbalist shop on there too, and a small area with other individual art and local products. Ended up eating from a noodles shop, was pretty yummy! Indoor seating is currently closed and is primarily take out, but there were a handful of outside chairs and tables to eat at.
