I started ordering Del Rancho through Duke’s Merchants on Point program. BEST DECISION I EVER MADE!!!!!!! The food is absolutely incredible, every single dish I ordered always turned out amazing. The delivery is super fast!! By far the best restaurant near Duke!!

I accidentally placed an online order at a location that had closed. I almost immediately got a call from Ernesto who explained that the location had closed and wanted to know how he could help. I explained that I was at work and wouldn’t have time to make it to the Roxboro location by the time my break was over, and that I didn’t get off work until 9:30, which is when they close. Ernesto offered to stay late to make sure I got my food and gave me his number to let him know when I was on my way. When I got my food he gave me an extra quesadilla, chips, and dip for my troubles. Not only was the food heavenly, but the service was amazing and I will be returning again!

Excellent service! Their food is always a pleasure to eat when I stop by. Food is cooked done, and I have never had a problem with anything being uncooked. Great workers also, would recommend!

I love this place! The staff is always friendly and attentive. The food is hot and delicious! When I have ordered delivery, the food comes faster than delivery pizza. I live right around the corner and Del Rancho Mexican Restaurant is always my go to.

We have long really loved Del Rancho. The food is super good, the wait staff are awesomely nice and their take out is so fast. So. Fast. I highly recommended you check them out.

Fastest Lunch Take out ever! The customer services was amazing and It looked clean in the main entrance and the bar looks so cool! The menu is not pricey at all!

I placed a pickup order online and called since I had messed it up. They were super friendly and understanding. Fixed my issue, threw in some extra stuff and were awesome! The food was ready on time and delicious! Highly recommend!

I ordered on door dash and since they didn’t assign a driver to my order, del rancho brought it to me themselves. The food is good and so is the service and employees!

I ordered food through DoorDash, but a dasher never was sent to pick up the food. I called to check the status of the order, and the restaurant employee went out of his way to bring the food to my apartment once the restaurant had already closed. He was great and very nice. This was exceptional service. Not to mention the food was phenomenal. Will definitely be eating here again!!

My weekly go-2-spot. 100% outstanding weekly. The food, staff, location, parking, and drinks are terrific. The selections are plentiful and priced right. Their Tierra Y Mar.. (Shrimp, Scallops, Rice, Onions, Zucchini, cheese, etc..) a real meal each time... trust me on this one. Ernesto and crew are terrific. . Thanks for great outing each time.

Although we thoroughly enjoy eating in the restaurant, over the past couple of years, we have our orders delivered. The entrees are consistently high quality and plenty to share. I recently discovered the Rancho Salad, which I love. My husband enjoys the Enchiladas Supremas and all of the burritos. They have a great variety of dishes! And add on the Homemade Guacamole - very good!

I love this place! I have since before it was "Del Rancho!" Had a couple glitches the last couple times, which was rare, but after I let them know... the manager did everything he could to correct it! This place will continue to be our go-to for a long time to come.

I ordered through the Duke food point system for students and the service when going about this transaction was exceptional! I also got my food delivered in about 20 mins. My only problem and the reason I didn't give the food 5 stars. Is that I ordered fajitas and paid for a side of tortillas but only received 2 tortillas. Which was not enough for the order.
