Had a driver fitting with Michael Ganor. Very knowledgeable and keyed right in to a few options that really worked. We settled on an upgraded shaft and tweaked my current driver settings that brought down dispersion quite a bit. May go back for the driver head upgrade which gave me even tighter dispersion. I appreciated that they weren't pushy in the sales process and the knowledge Michael shared during the appointment.

Had a fantastic driver and woods fitting with Mike Ganor! He was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the whole process. He answered all my questions regarding the equipment, thoroughly explained the relevant statistics/metrics we were looking for on the simulator, and even let me stay a bit over our scheduled time to ensure I was satisfied with the final products. I recently had an iron fitting with Taylor Fleig at the Durham location. Having golfed for many years and after several fittings in the area, I can’t say that I’ve always had ended with the best results. My iron fitting with Taylor was absolutely the best fitting that I’ve experienced. Taylor took time to listen to my current situation and to understand my goals and needs. We ended up with a solution that I know I would not have considered or come up on my own. Having the ability to try a wide variety of brands, shafts, flexes and lengths was FUN and a great experience. I highly recommend Taylor and the entire Club Champion team at the Durham location.

After playing golf since about 8 years old, at almost 64 I wanted to start focusing on my game and how to get better. I always heard about how the pros have all of their clubs fitted to their specific swings, but did not fully grasp how that makes a difference. Mike was great at explaining all of the parameters that are analyzed and put into the AI to determine the suggested irons. He was very patient and let me hit as many combos of irons and shafts that I could physically hit. I cannot wait to try these clubs out. I will definitely go back to Mike to get fitted for some Hybrids and Wedges

Mr Fleig was my Master Fitter, and I enjoyed every moment of this productive session. This was my first session, and I wasn't sure how it would be. I thought it would be a sense of hurry-up-and-buy-a-club, but it was far from that. Felt comfortable, wasn't rushed, and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. Gained over 30 yards with the shaft and club head choice from my original club, and my dispersion was a lot tighter. Will be back for my driver and wood soon.

He was incredibly helpful as we identified the best fit for each set of clubs from the driver down to the wedges & putter. I had a great putter fitting session with Mike Ganor at the Durham Southpoint location. He used their software (and his own expertise) to first analyze my putting stroke, then went through 20 or so putter options to optimize stroke and feel until we finally settled on the one that fit me best. I felt like it was very objective and feel confident in the results.
Afterwards, I had some time to kill so Mike let me hit a number of balls with my current driver and he tried to optimize the settings to achieve the best spin/launch/distance. I’m sure I will be back for a driver fitting in the near future. Very pleased with the approach and service and would highly recommend to others.

I had the opportunity for a full club fitting at the Durham location, working with Mike Ganor. It was a very enjoyable & educational experience. With so many combinations of shafts, putters, and driver heads it could have easily become overwhelming. I had the pleasure of working with Mike Ganor at the Durham location. After taking the time to understand my needs, he was able to build at least 10-15 combinations of driver heads and shafts until we found the perfect fit. The experience was so great I went back and repeated the process for my irons too. He was also able to get competitive trade in values for my current clubs which really sealed the deal. Mike Ganor has my highest recommendation if you are interested in finding clubs that work better for you.

This was my second fitting with club champion in about 7 years. The first fitting was worth it. My first with Mike at the Durham location. I had the best experience completing my driver fitting. He was personable and knowledgeable about all the clubs. Mike took extra time to make sure I had the best combination that work for me. We tried a lot of different combinations to find the correct one for me. Getting fitted for clubs makes a big difference. The wide selection of clubs and shaft definitely gives Club Champion an advantage over other places. Cant wait to start using it! Also have kept me updated on the process and schedule arrival of the new club.

The Club Champion Durham, NC facility is top notch, and Michael was great to work with.
He is very knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to pace me not only through the fitting but also providing pointers to bring more efficiency in my swing and overall game experience. I scheduled a full bag fitting and would recommend the same to anyone considering the service even if you’re only looking to upgrade part of your set. You will get to play with the best of the best in combinations available on the market to date and even if you don’t buy, the experience is well worth your time.
Being a newer golfer, I went into the experience a little hesitant, not confident that I would be consistent enough for the metrics or if I needed this much attention to my recreational playing style. Michael assured me in the beginning that at any level the fitting is necessary for new golfers, pros, and players in between, to assess if your current set up is working for or against you, as your skill develops, technology improves and as we all do; age.
Had I bought a new set-up from stock selections without coaching I would have selected a max driver, game improvement irons with standard flex shafts and a completely different styled putter. I ended up with a much more player series set up with custom length stiff flex shafts. Hitting them consistently better and noting performance increases within the metrics as well the ability to have a set I can grow with as my skill improves vs. something I would have to replace after outperforming them.
I am 100% convinced that a custom set up is hands down without comparison better than any off the shelf set up out there. The head, shaft and grip combinations are endless and psychologically knowing that every time you take your bag out at the course you can look down and know it was custom built just for you.
