Customer service is a 100/10, everyone is pleasant, hard-working, and eager to do a good job. Good always slays, especially the essential nuggets and lemonade 🤩🤩

Clean and homey environment. The servers and the cashiers were super friendly and warm.
Last time I had Chick-fil-a was about a decade ago. Always preferred burgers over chicken sandwiches. But this is probably the only chicken sandwich I’d voluntarily order in any establishment.
I had the chicken sandwich deluxe and it was just juicy, refreshing, and a flavor punch to my picky tongue. Added the chick-fil-a sauce and a bit of the hot sauce and as Ross would call it, a moist maker that takes things to the next level. Normally I eat half of the buns (I’d always get protein style in you-know-where and out), but I just devoured the whole thing whole.
Waffle fries was not as crispy as I’d like but still very flavorful.
BUT let me tell you about the kale crunch. TO DIE FOR!! I guess they wash the kale in some sort of lemonade liquid and wring them out like towels. Takes out that grassy and wax feel from the kale and just brings the sweetness out. The cabbage and almonds add a nice crunch and nuttiness to it.
The actual lemonade was good too.
Will definitely put chicken-fil-a on my radar every time I visit home coz I live overseas now.

I recently visited Chick-fil-A, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The food, as always, was exceptional—crispy, flavorful chicken sandwiches and perfectly seasoned waffle fries that never disappoint. But what truly made my visit memorable was the service.
Our server, Thomas, went above and beyond to make our meal special. He greeted us with a warm smile, took the time to explain the menu, and even recommended some of his favorite items. Throughout our meal, he checked in to ensure everything was perfect, and his enthusiasm for the food was contagious. It's rare to encounter someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience, and Thomas exemplified that spirit. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor transformed an ordinary visit into something extraordinary. This restaurant used to be our go to, Chick-fil-A , it is 5 minutes from our house, but over the last few months the service has slipped. For the third time in a row, items were left off of our order. Two days ago, we ordered two salads among other items, and received only one salad. Luckily I checked the bag before we drove home and went back for the other salad. Our routine now is to check our bag before we leave the store...like you have to do at McDonalds. Something has changed with this Chick-fil-A and I hope that it will return to it's former professionalism.

Ordered a meal with a milkshake and ate the entire meal while waiting on the milkshake. I had asked the young man in the blue shirt delivering the food if the shake would come separately later and he said it would. Ended up going to the counter 13 minutes after ordering to check on the shake and by the time I spoke with a third employee close to 20 minutes later I got a resolution.
Up until speaking with to the third employee I was a little frustrated, but the third employee had excellent customer recovery skills and she resolved the issue quickly. I merely asked for a refund but she also gave me a DOC and a milkshake that they had worked on while I was speaking with her. That was totally unexpected for me. She saved this review from being a 2 star to make it a 5 star. When I come back I’ll be more than happy to wait extra to be in her line. I forgot what her name is, but she was very professional (I’m sure she is manager/director) and wore a hijab. Thank you so much ma’am.

they're always properly staffed, the customer service is excellent and the food is consistent. the drive-thru line moves with military precision. definitely fits with the Christian soldiers vibe at Chick-fil-A corporate, and the not open on Sunday thing. I think it's great their employees get one day off a week, I just wish it were for humanistic reasons.
