Any company that takes the time to pray over their food is number one with me Chick-fil-A is always had excellent service smiles they're very fast to deliver food and it's always good.

I come here all the time and I understand that you guys have to move quickly, but the young lady in the drive thru was extremely rude. Maybe she was having a bad day idk, but she was blatantly rushing me to make my order and talking over me before she could hear what I had to say. Had she just given me literally one second she would have had the details she was looking for and if I was missing anything she could’ve have asked politely. Again, I come here all the time so this was a bit disappointing.

Great food and service as usual. They made a mistake on the order, but a manager corrected it and refunded to right amount. Parking is tight here. Service in dining room was great.

The Chick-fil-A in South Durham is one I can’t recommend enough! Everyone is so pleasant, from the customers to the employees. People will hold the door open for you, ask how you’re doing, and serve you with a smile! I’m going to be such a frequent guest at this location and I’m so impressed with their hospitality!

What is in the bottom of my vanilla ice coffee an y do it taste so bad 😢😣 not to mention it’s darker today?? I didn’t even put the vanilla creamer in I had to drink it down but Couldn’t get past the taste. This is not it

This location is well-managed and efficient but a little confusing if you dont order ahead on the app. They don’t take orders in the drive thru. You have to check in at stand in the front (directly at the entrance), then wait for them to move the pylons to allow you to go into a special lane to place an order. At night time, the sign to do this isn’t easily seen, so you may miss this step entirely. They could improve by having more visible signage at night for people who want to order on site.

This is one of the only Chick-fil-A's left in the area with a kids' play area, and we are here for it! I don't know why most of them closed their playplaces down, something about COVID, but we're grateful that this location still has theirs. This is one of our favorite locations.

I was here at 1pm today and order for mobile pickup. The parking lot was completely full with the drive through line exceeding space available on the property and there were employees stationed across the lot, funneling and taking orders, all wearing their own unique Level 3 safety reflectors. This staff was very pleasant, focused, and rapid in their performance. There were employees working as runners across the lot surprising drivers with their orders before they were able to make it halfway to the pickup window. There was also a wheelchair user employee placed effectively and comfortably in his own area of operation where we could best be utilized. I noticed a manager on-site named Stephen who was leading this crew from the parking lot, working as a runner himself. I could tell the employees were gaining a lot of energy and morale by working closely with a manager that leads by example. My wife and I were very impressed by this incredible performance of efficiency. I do not post reviews often, i just had to take time out of my day to recognize and describe this awesome performance. I wish Stephen and his team could run parking for events at Dix Park then i wouldn’t be missing the opening acts every year at Dreamville

We hit the drive-thru as we were between appointments. The staff was very friendly and provided a menu for us to order from, which made it easier to make our selection. We did not have long to wait for our order as it was ready when we pulled up. The salad and frosted lemonades were delicious.

Chick-fil-A is solid. One of the few, is not the only, places that continues to provide good food and service consistently in the post covid and high inflationary times.

This is one of the nicest and cleanest places I've been to. To be a fairly old facility, it is well maintained. It looks like a recent build. Staff are very friendly and the staff all seem to work in unison. Everyone was very cordial and helpful. Kay was very nice. Would definitely go there again. Great experience! Keep up the great job.
