This Chick Fil A used to be great. They closed for 6 months for a remodel and ever since it reopened, it's been a disaster. I've been a few times and it is so much worse for mobile orders. The drive through now merges earlier, splits again, then merges again. What used to take me 2-3 minutes now takes 10. Also, it seems as if the crew inside is much less organized than before. I don't have any details as to why that would be, but I've seen people walking orders 3-4 cars down and not having the food ready for the car at the front of the line. It seems like it's completely skewed where before they knew which car was coming up. Lastly, this most recent order they forgot my fries, which while not a huge deal is something that NEVER happened before this remodel. All and all this store went from excellent to average and now ill consider going other stores that previously had worse service but are now on par with this location.

Always quick, efficient, and friendly. Food never disappoints. Chick Fil-A is so great that I do not consider it to be fast food. It's in a great category all its own.

They were super nice about forgetting half of my order. Except for the nice lady in the drive thru, this is the least friendly location I have been to in all of America.

This is the first time ai have ever complained about chik FIL a. We actually went in vs drive thru, but got a to go order, ordered at the counter which was not busy the young man was very nice however, he clearly got my order incorrect, I ordered the breakfast bowl and he clarified with me "chicken?" To which I answered, yes. However, when we got to the car, and drive away it was a burrito, a tasteless, gross burrito. Not sure who is buying them but, it it isn't me and for sure won't be me in the future. I have had better frozen burritos. It tasted nothing like I have ever eaten from chicken FIL A. Very disappointed. And the sausage sandwich my husband was sub par as well. My take away is to stick to the originals.

Food was good as always. Service is super quick! Parking lot is tight to navigate with big vehicles and for someone who doesn't know the menu that well, you certainly feel rushed to order quickly.

Quickest, friendliest, and most accurate fast food experience I've ever had.
My friend says the employees are very attractive. I thought they all had really nice smiles.
