Ethan(?) and the ladies there on 1/30 (Sorry I didn't get your names! I'm a jerk.) were outstanding! Everybody there is awesome! They were cool enough to get a pair of shoes from another store for me to try and they were outstanding! Customer for life!

I highly recommend coming to this store if you can! I went inside with a few questions and very little knowledge on running, but l left with tons of insight on gait, footwear recommendations and a great customer experience. A big thank you to Cassidy and Ellen for their help!

Went at 520. Two employees helping a customer each. Got it, need to wait. However after 20 min of mulling around the very small store, not ine of the employees even acknowledged us. Not a be with u in a minute phrase. Nothing. So we left. Tried to give my business locally but nope.

new to durham and was rushing to find some shoes for my new job and these two workers helped me find a pair that fit comfortably, worked with me on what i was looking for, and even gave me a good discount when i didnt have as much as needed for the product!! it was so sweet and a great act of kindness from them and i am so so grateful, thank you!!

I keep trying to improve my life and be a runner, but every time someone sees me they crack jokes and bully me. I get pushed off the trail for being slow and then they spit on me and kick me and call me a loser and tell me I'm trash. The people at this store are very nice to me but everyone else hates me.
