Ok so I don’t ever write reviews, but I had to recognize the amazing service we got here. We had a record “guest book” for people to sign at our wedding as we wanted to do something different and had the idea in mind that we wanted to display it in some way after. We also wanted to use a small local business if possible. I’m so happy to have found this place because the experience we had at Bull City Art and Frame was stellar from beginning to end. The staff member that worked with us to choose the matting, frame, etc was super knowledgeable as well as personable. You could tell that he was really invested in helping us make our vision come to life. The piece was done in the time frame we were given at drop off. When I went to pick it up, I thought I would be in and out; however, I was given a full run down of the features as well as how to mount it properly. They made a template to use to make mounting on the wall super easy and assured me that if I ever had any issues I could come back for assistance. It was wrapped with great care and they even offered to carry it out to the car for me. I couldn’t recommend this company enough!

Bull City Art & Frame company is absolutely fantastic and all their staff know their stuff. This was my first time framing anything and Abby walked me through the whole process making it easy and exciting. Brainstorming the final product is so fun and Abby did an AMAZING job stretching my cross stitch piece. They perfectly balance guiding you and listening to your wishes/vision. . I will say, they are not cheap but they are worth it. Your art is protected and the work is done right - they are very particular and won't settle for anything but the best. Highly recommend!

OUTSTANDING. From the moment I walked in to select a frame and how to mount a really nice canvas reproduction, to the moment when they took the finished product to my car, a perfect customer experience and a very satisfying result. They also have AMAZING local art. Definitely worth a visit for locals and tourists alike. Such nice, knowledgeable people.

We came to Bull City Art and Frame after a lot of online suggestions and we couldn't be happier with the results. We'd never gotten something professionally framed before so I was a bit nervous of the process. First of all, I loved that we could walk in and we were immediately and warmly assisted. You don't need an appointment (and we went on a Saturday). We had a delicate tile art piece that we wanted framed where the back showed, which is a bit tricky, but the team was quick to give really great suggestions. We got it double framed to add dimension and the wood colors complement the tile and each other so well. They have hundreds of frame suggestions and they make it easy for you to visualize the end result. When we picked it up, they gave a template to hang it on our wall with hardware. Small but helpful detail. The team is professional, personable, trustworthy, and very welcoming. Plus they have a lot of local artist work for sale. Just a great experience and we will definitely go there again. Highly recommend for anything special you want framed.

I rarely take the time to write a review, so believe me when I say that Lewis and Tiffany at Bull City Art & Frame Company are not only the best framers in town, they're two of the most professional business owners you will ever have the pleasure of working with.
Two other framers turned me away before BCAF came to my rescue in time for Christmas. Their selection of available frame styles FAR exceeded what the other framers had available. Initially they pulled some items that they had in stock so that we could be sure to get my gift framed in time for Christmas. But when I saw the perfect frame for my piece hanging on their wall, they assured me they could still have it ordered and framed on time.
I was impressed when Tiffany immediately recognized the symbolism in my piece which others whom I had shown it to overlooked. I am not a professional artist, so her enthusiasm for my piece made me feel more confident that I had created something worth gifting.
The quality of the framing was even better than I imagined it would be. Their attention to detail is just relentless. The corners were perfectly mitered and the dust cover on the back with the self-leveling hanging brackets made the piece look so much more professional than it truly was. They even created a custom template to aid in centering it on the wall!
The work was completed very quickly, well before I needed it done.
There is literally nothing I could conceive of that would improve the experience I had at Bull City Art & Frame Company. If you're looking for the best, stop looking now and give them a visit. You won't be disappointed.
