Fresh ingredients, good portions and ability to customize or order straight off the menu was great. We ordered beef, thai chicken and teriyaki chicken bowls and liked them all!

As a BulBox 1st timer, staff was very patient and helpful. They were friendly and answered questions I had about items. Although it is across town from where I live, it was absolutely worth the trip. I would definitely go back! I also appreciated the 94% sanitation grade.

I got the Tokyo bowl with tofu instead of chicken. Overall it was decent, but I would get extra sauce next time. The ingredients was mot flavored enough by itself for my taste, but this is subjective. I would also prefer for the tofu to have been marinated in a sauce. Great location + plenty selections to pick from.
Food was alright, need a little more flavor in the additives that just from the sauce. So, make sure you at least get two sauces to create a better dish.
The size of each bowl is more than enough- you could even save for left overs. There is the possibility to create your own bowl. Team members friendly + provide quick service.
Would return, maybe to create own bowl. The beverage selection is t anything special, the dispensers were low on product, when I got to there just after restaurant opened for the day. Which likely they could have been preparing them in the back.

Great place to get a fast and healthy bowl when time is of the essence. Alexa was the best. I was a little picky, but she smiled the whole time and gave me one of the best fast food experiences I've ever had. The consummate professional with a bubbly attitude. Gives me hope for our youth. Keep up the great work, Alexa!!!

The amount of food is incredible! So many great combos to choose from that are all very delicious and complimentary flavors - healthy too! Will definitely be coming back.

I love bulbox because it's consistently delicious and the staff are pretty good, the only negative about this particular location was how loud the speakers were inside. I'm not a granny, and it really seemed weird that none of us, including the other customers could hear each other while we were in line. Normally, I wouldn't care but I've been back a couple of times and it was the same. We chose to eat outside in the heat. I've decided to just get it to go from here on out.

The food was pretty decent. However, the rice in my bowl felt a bit undercooked, and it the box was also largely rice. My mom had gotten the kimchi fried rice instead of normal white rice, and hers wasn't undercooked in the same way. It might have just been a one-time thing.

So good! I’m biggest fan of ramen and all the Asian food. They just started serving the ramen. I ordered spicy miso ramen. Comes with bean sprout. Corn and Japanese mushroom, and Chashu. It was good portion and f good broth. And so clean and great customer service. Definitely coming back!
