The service was awesome. Our server Allison was great, friendly & timely. With that being said, the food was terrible! The Appetizer chips & dip was not good. The guacamole tasted like 10 limes were squeezed in it. The salsa seemed like it had marinara at the bottom w/ Pico de Gallo on top & the queso cheese was watery runny. Then the wings...they were soggy & drenched with a large amount of sauce. Not your traditional wings at all. $65 (w/ tip) later for lunch, we are left terribly disappointed.

The worst wings I have ever had in my life! And I'm not a young person!
They literally were hard as a rock! Probably sitting under a heat lamp all day, which I picked up around 3:15 pm. I cannot image what the dinner wings will be like!
The floor was dangerously slippery, not even wet, but more like greasy. The bathrooms were nasty, toilet paper all over the floor, as I heard an employee in the stall having a conversation on her cell phone. -
I have only been to buffalo wild wings a handful of times in my life. The experience today was not great. The air conditioning was broken and it was really hot inside. The service was very slow and it took like 20 minutes for me to get my beer. No refills on my water. The food was bad. I also ordered three different flavors of wings and got only 2…. Overall I won’t be coming back and it was kind of expensive.

Ordered at 5:50. Said it would be ready for pickup at 6:30. Wife did not leave with our food until 7:09. Was told that they only had one fryer. Why were my Cheese bites were burnt and inedible. Nobody here can get anything right. Last time we ate in the waitress messed up 3 times and barely would accept two. Corporate needs to fix this place!

Excellent customer service. Was having an issue ordering online with a gift card so I had to place my order at the takeout counter. There was still an issue with the card once I placed the order in the store the store manager Sherae came and resolved the issue with care and patience. Deja was the young lady that took the order was super sweet and patient and made sure my order was correct.
