This was my first time going to a Bruegger’s. I ordered bagels and cream cheese. My order was called and grabbed my food and started walking out and checked there was no cream cheese. I went back to where I got my food from and I said I am pretty sure I ordered cream cheese if I did not that’s cool. The lady behind the line was very rude and when I asked the young man about my order she interjected and said whatcha want and kept up with the attitude. She could have just politely said you grab it from the cooler below. She is definitely setting a bad example to the others on how to treat customers. I understand the food industry can be frustrating at times but her attitude is not acceptable.

This location is the best! We live in chapel hill and we specifically drive to this location because how fast their service is! The staff is always welcoming and they hook your bagel up! You ask for a shmear of cream cheese and they give you a HEAFTY SHMEAR.

Good location BUT the new ordering process feels more annoying and less efficient. You used to walk in and order in front of the bagels so you could see what they had then go pay. Now you have to go walk past the bagels and order, and the cashier has to yell back and forth with the other staff to make sure they have what you’re asking for. No knock on the staff at all, it is probably that some genius in management tried to shake things up and made it less convenient for everyone. Overall good consistent service and bagels.

I am in on 1/11/2024 and when I tell you the service at this location is AMAZING!! I call and inquired about a 5-Cheese Bagel and Damien answered the phone and ensured that I’d have it ready once I arrived! All of the staff members have amazing customer service! Keep up the amazing work and service! Y'all need raises!
