They did it again! Amazing customer service and breakfast. Thank you 9th Street, Bruegger's Bagel for going the extra mile.
If you come here, be ready to wait a little while. The line is usually long because the service and bagels are top notch. I will definitely come again. (FYI there is still no inside seating) Better bacon cheddar with extra sausage on everything is my go-to.

Love this location! Have been in Durham for 20+ years and they have always been open and a great local spot. Owner and staff are very friendly.

I was a regular at this location for a couple years when I lived nearby. Most of the people who work there are kind, the place is clean, and the food is made well. I usually order one of the menu options but ask them to hold the bacon since I prefer not to eat meat. Most of the staff have little issue with this and one woman would usually remember me and my order and was very kind to me. However on my last visit, I ordered the same thing and the employee who made my food was mimicking me and making fun of my order to her coworker while I was standing right there. Apart from this I would recommend this location.

To know what it's like to eat a real bagel, you have to come to this discreet place! and the best thing is that at 6am they are already serving, no excuses! My favorite is the Asiago cheese!

My first meal in North Carolina and it did not disappoint. I asked the man for recommendations as I don't eat bagels very regularly and got a very nice onion bagel with lox cream cheese onion and capers. It was delicious. Service was quick, perhaps because I got there early morning.
Note: no seating inside which was a little disorientating because there is space for it. Other than that though very good service and food would come again!

Bagels are always fresh! They make them on site. They have excellent sandwiches and great sides to complete your meal.
