They did it again! Amazing customer service and breakfast. Thank you 9th Street, Bruegger's Bagel for going the extra mile. If you come here, be ready to wait a little while. The line is usually long because the service and bagels are top notch. I will definitely come again. (FYI there is still no inside seating) Better bacon cheddar with extra sausage on everything is my go-to.

Love this location! Have been in Durham for 20+ years and they have always been open and a great local spot. Owner and staff are very friendly.

The best Bruegger's in Durham! Had a great experience here this morning! The kindest staff, exceptional service, they really made our day! The food was perfect and delicious, thank you all, we'll definitely be back 😁

I was a regular at this location for a couple years when I lived nearby. Most of the people who work there are kind, the place is clean, and the food is made well. I usually order one of the menu options but ask them to hold the bacon since I prefer not to eat meat. Most of the staff have little issue with this and one woman would usually remember me and my order and was very kind to me. However on my last visit, I ordered the same thing and the employee who made my food was mimicking me and making fun of my order to her coworker while I was standing right there. Apart from this I would recommend this location.

To know what it's like to eat a real bagel, you have to come to this discreet place! and the best thing is that at 6am they are already serving, no excuses! My favorite is the Asiago cheese!
