You ever look back at that classic diner experience and wonder where it went? You can re-experience it here. Light and fluffy pancakes, great hashes, and well done Benedicts. It’s popular on the weekends so expect a wait!

Everyone was friendly and nice. I came with a big group of people and they sat us quickly. I got the sweet tea with the works omelette and one chocolate chip pancake. Everything tasted great. The chocolate chip pancake was big and filling. I shared it with people at the table. This is a nice little gem in the North Carolina countryside. I will be sure to make a stop every time I pass through. This place does not stay open all day it’s more of a breakfast and brunch location closing at 2:30pm.

This is my new favorite breakfast place in NC. We waited a short 30 min on a busy Saturday, and it was so worth it. I got the ultimate omelette and my husband got the eggs benedict. It's rare to find a place that doesn't overcook the egg so we were very happy. Loved the atmosphere too, the customers in line with us were so sweet when we asked for recommendations. I'm definitely coming back.

Looking for breakfast or brunch here’s a family friendly restaurant that works. The staff is full of smiles and service. The food taste great and it always seems to come out fast even when it’s crowded. Puts you in mind of a well run diner.

Definitely one of the best dining experiences I've had in NC since moving here a few months ago. The pancakes were top notch and their breakfast bowls are great. You wouldn't think this is a chain!

Delicious food although portions were a bit smaller than expected. Very friendly, efficient staff. Pleasant, quiet atmosphere. Dining room and women's restroom were very clean.

Great as always!!! But our server, Nicholas wears a scary clown mask, and as a grown woman, throws me a little, not to mention I think it would scare a child!! All the other servers and associates are wearing plain masks......it's the second or 3rd time we have been there and have seen him.......everything else was wonderful and delicious!!!

This restaurant has the best omelettes! I have eaten here several times over the last 10 years and have not been disappointed. Highly recommended for breakfast and/or brunch.

All the food was beautiful and reasonably priced. The workers were friendly and we got our food quick even though it was busy. The turkey sausage was seasoned and tasty which is hard to find.

Best breakfast in the triangle, hands down! Today I had the breakfast basket special - 2 eggs, bacon, grits and English muffin. Nothing fancy, but delicious, and they do grits right, the way my mom did. If you're feeling more hungry or adventurous try one of the scrambles or a skillet. And you can never go wrong with a Benedict. They make the Hollandaise fresh, from scratch, never from a package. Honestly, I've never had anything at Brig's that I didn't enjoy.

Best omelette in the Triangle. Not even a contest. I came here for breakfast the first day they opened in 1991 and I’ve been coming for thirty one years. My go to breakfast is a broccoli omelette with seasoned fries and an English muffin. Delicious. Consistently good. I can’t say this about any other breakfast spot in the Triangle.

My daughter ordered the Gingerbread pancakes and I the smoked salmon avocado toast. Both meals were very tasty. No complaints with service, spacing, or ambience either. But, the person that stood out the most was the greeter. She was very friendly and engaging even with my 8yo. I will definitely visit again.

First timer, from NYC, wanted good old southern food. The food was great! I had the Turkey Links cooked to perfection, and english muffin was great. Waiter was great, kept checking on everyone. Only reason for 4 🌟 is, I wanted to pay it took a lot longer than expected. And it was super COLD.I had eat with coat on.
