Lawrence Barbecue was really tasty; some of the best I've had in the triangle. It will be great when there are more restaurants so that the line at Lawrence isn't so bad. We ordered ahead for a group of 12 and it was ready on time and with good communication.

The barbecue place (Lawrence BBQ) is outstanding!!! I got the smoked turkey sando (sandwich) and deviled egg potato salad. I'd order the sandwich again and again because the meat was very tender! The potato salad was bland but the sandwich was so incredible it outweighs the potato salad in my 5-star rating. My companion got the brisket and he said it was one of the best he's ever had. Also really enjoyed the pineapple soda from a brand I'd never heard of before. You order at a window and then all the seating is outside under a roof. Plenty of parking and there are EV chargers nearby.

Went to Lawrence BBQ, it was very overpriced, and underwhelming. $8 beers, $14 plates (small serving sides not included) and they didn't have your standard soda products. The real kicker was that my friend paid the exact same for his plate and got a terrible cut of meat, less portion than mine and really fatty. I paid the same and got the exact same order but a better cut, more quality and quantity. The customer service was nice though but nothing special $60 for 2 meals so overpriced, and not great. Will not be going back.

I have been following the progress of this project for quite a while and I was very excited to finally get a chance to see it in person. There were only a few businesses operating when we visited but they have an eclectic mix of retail shops and restaurants preparing to open over the coming weeks. With its hip urban vibe and unique architecture I can tell its going to be a great place to meet up with friends, have a few beers and eat some great food. We chatted a bit with a representative of Boxyard and she provided lots of information about all the vendors that will be opening soon and some upcoming events as well. She was very enthusiastic about the concept and I was glad we spoke with her before we left. I’ll definitely do another review after everything is open but for now I’m super excited and I look forward to visiting again very soon.

Can not wait to come back when everything is open. The game room has piqued my interest. Listening to live bands will be enjoyable for the summer. Waiting to also see if the cost of food will be $$ or more. Hopefully, the restaurants will be reasonable.

Well done! The atmosphere is great, a large amount of the lower seating area is covered with a Big … Fan (that’s the brand…don’t get mad at me for saying it) which makes it very comfortable on a hot day. Sure, not everything is opened yet but I’m happy they opened instead of waiting. Lawrence BBQ is also amazing! I saw where someone mentioned the food was overpriced. Sure, it’s not the cheapest sandwich in town but it is one of the best BBQ sandwiches I’ve ever tasted. Also, the brussel sprouts were SO tasty! Keep up the great tasting food and can’t wait to visit you again!

A first visit was on a sunny Sunday where we enjoyed a DJ entertainer, while dining on BBQ sandwiches a cold beer. The place is bright, clean, and brand new here in Raleigh NC on June 13th, 2021. Hoping the remaining shop spaces (bakery, beverages, escape room etc) will soon be open. It's a fun place especially on Saturdays with live band on the stage.

I was invited to the opening event but with the storms it was held in a nearby building. Looks like it will be a good central place between Raleigh and Durham to meet for coffee, drink or a meal. Interesting concept. Christchurch, NZ used shipping containers to reopen downtown after the big earthquake.

Love the concept. Just getting started but when other stores open up this is going to be great. Right now there is a BBQ and dessert place open, we were there on Friday evening in and live music so you can sit outside from 5-7. Not sure about the rest of the days on the music.
