Boxyard RTP has such a great vibe! The overall experience and atmosphere were amazing—perfect spot for a chill evening out. Loved the variety of food options, and the outdoor setup was super nice and inviting. Great place to hang with family or friends!

This was my first time at Boxyard and I loved it!!! I didn’t know there would be live music so that was a nice surprise. While there were great food options, a few of the places were sold out of popular items — I think that’s what you get when coming on a weekday evening. Nonetheless, we were able to make it work with the options we were left with. Most of us are at Lawrences where we thoroughly enjoyed the chicken wings. We purchased a mix of side items from Lawrence’s that were all BANGING — macaroni, collards, brussels sprouts and potato salad. XOXOK was the band playing, and they played a host of sultry songs. It is a loud space…expect to be shouting to have conversations with your group…we nonetheless found it perfect for a girls night out.

It's an interesting place. It's like a big open courtyard with food and drink options around the perimeter. It's a nice place to hang out when the weather is good! I found plenty of parking in the evening on a Saturday. Things close kind of early so plan accordingly.

It is a great find for barbecue in a hidden spot within RTP. Visited on a late Thursday night with great sitting outside weather. A lot of the menu was sold out with under an hour before they closed. Missed the Mac cheese and ribs. Potato salad, tangy coleslaw and BBQ was great and sauce options.

Food court will not disappoint you!! Lawrence Bbq is delicious. I usually get the bbq or wings. This time I tried the smashburger, it melted in my mouth! I have also tried the Korean bbq place upstairs.

Katsuji made me tacos and they were so good. Very simple ingredients, super flavorful, more please. Everything is gluten-free and dairy-free friendly. More please.

Such a cool concept!!!! Permanent Food Truck Rodeo, outdoor Food Hall, whatever you want to call it, is what it is!! We had Lawrence BBQ and WOW!!! I love the seasoned fries, the burger, the BBQ plate with brisket, everything. We also went to BuzzyBees Bakeshop upstairs and those cupcakes are so good, very moist, lots of unique flavors, and the cookies are great as well! We also had the pleasure of going to FullSteam (yes!) and getting some very tasty beer! It's 8 minutes from our house and I can't wait to go back!!

If you haven’t had La Taqueria by Katsuji in Boxyard RTP, then I’m sorry to inform you that you’ve been living a lie. This place doesn’t just serve tacos; they serve flavor-packed little bites of heaven wrapped in tortilla magic. Every taco is like a flavor explosion in your mouth—seriously, I didn’t even know my taste buds could experience this kind of joy. It’s like they took all the best things about tacos, wrapped them up in a warm tortilla, and said, “Here, enjoy the best taco you’ve ever put in your mouth.” The beef brisket? Unreal. The pollo pibil? Dreamy. The chorizo? Don't even get me started. Even the sauces have a personality of their own—it’s got some kick, but it’s the kind of kick that makes you say, “Yeah, I’m into this.” The only downside is you’ll probably dream about these tacos for weeks. And if you’re not drooling at this point, you should probably get checked out because your taste buds are clearly broken. Go here. Eat everything. Thank me later. You’re welcome.

Really enjoyed the area! Little dog park also so you can have some fun with your pup. Very cool location with the shipping container and the food places are delicious.

Just moved to the area and I love this place! Dog friendly with a dog park in the back. So far I only tried Lawrence BBQ which was delicious, but definitely coming back for more.

They have an excellent assortment of beer, food and good music. This is a great place for kids and would make a good place for a birthday party as well. The pizza here is my personal favorite. It has enough of a spicy kick to be different and tastes great. This is my first visit and I will definitely be coming back. I went to the Durham location but I believe they have several more. Update: Still can't say enough good things about this place.
