I can’t honestly say that I’ve ever given a five star rating to a fast food place until I have come to Bojangles and met Mike my first time visiting absolutely amazing personality very fast. Food is very hot and ready by far. The best experience I can truly say give it a try food is great.

Fantastic Location here. Iv been going here for years and every time it never disappoints. The food is always better than the other Durham locations. The other day I went in and purchased a big tailgate dinner and they were short staffed that day so I had to wait 10 minuets for the Mac n Cheese. I was understanding and told them I would wait and they gave me an extra drink on the house for being patient with them, small gestures like that mean a lot to me. The staff is always friendly, the dinning room is always clean and calm and the food is always top tier. This review was long overdue

I came to this place strictly off reviews.They had a nice crowd early in the morning.I got the bacon and egg biscuit.I wanted my bacon crispy my food was great.The service is great.Me and the young ladies up front laughed about some of my favorite shows which is good times and all about the Benjamins.So this is a nice place nice people

Super fast service, great team work at this location. Associates was all friendly. The food was hot and fresh. And dining area was clean.

Over all, it was a pleasant experience. The service was fast, the food was hot and tastes good. The dirty rice is the main attraction. The chicken was awesome also!

Chicken is gas. Employees were fast and efficient but also friendly. Would recommend for fast food fried chicken.

This place is very close to Expressway. The place was clean . Service was swift and people were friendly. Food was very bland. The chicken in Cajun chicken biscuit was thin and dry. I got 4 piece supreme dinner that was okay, fries were very average. Chicken thighs was kind of slimy and chewy. It was okay not so great.

I do not leave in Durham NC anymore thank God I have moved away but I say if a lot of a certain races is together it never works and they wonder why we are not respected. Some people cannot help they have no matters and don’t know how to talk to people, one girl hair all out looked like a wig so i probably had a side of hair with my chicken. Make them wear hair covers. I was with someone I won’t be going back.

Some of the employees here need to check their attitudes before they work. The reason why is because one of the cashiers had an attitude over my Dad not wanting a drink with his order and he noted that she had an attitude about it and she denied that she did.
I'm sorry but what a customer doesn't want with their order is not the place for the employee to argue about, just understand it and move on, don't create unnecessary drama.
And also, no one forced anyone to work there, if you're going to have an attitude and have a smart mouth when you work, then you shouldn't be working there anymore.
