This is my local Bo and last couple trips have been disappointing. Always check to make sure you get what you ordered before you get all the way home. This is not rocket science people.

Good location for breakfast or grabbing dinner on your way home from work. Downside its busy and if you dont check your order you will be walking back and forth a few times to get it right. Atleast thats been my experience. I still go to this location because the staff is friendly and the food is on point, and if a mistake is made they will make it right. Id recommend this location.

I visit maybe once a week, usually for breakfast. Food is always good, and the service is very quick. Location kinda is no good, but other than that, I visit regularly.

The food at this location is almost always hot and fresh but the customer service in the drive thru could use a makeover. When I’ve eaten inside the service is good and everyone is friendly and courteous, but going through the drive thru always starts with just “Bojangles” (not an appropriate greeting) and just the general ordering at the speaker seems like the person taking my order is annoyed. I’ve noticed this for the past few years and regardless of who’s taking orders so might be a training issue.
Can’t complain too much because it’s usually decently quick and the food is good but I don’t understand how the employees can’t take more pride in their service.

The manager Antonio was great. My food was served so fast and fresh. I don’t remember the last time anyone served me with a smile on their face. I really appreciate , The customer service.

Best place to get a chicken filet biscuit with cheese combo and a sweet tea. It's always my first stop for breakfast. We used the drive thru this time, quick and easy! Highly recommend

Went to the drive-thru during breakfast for a Cajun filet biscuit. The biscuit was awesome.
The service could have been a little better but was still good when you consider that this place is always slammed.
I rarely go to Bojangles but will definitely be going back.

The best Bojangles location in the South. The food is on point with everything fresh. I feel like they really go out of their way to give me the best customer service possible. Kudos to Chris for keeping the lobby looking like a 5 star restaurant. Highly recommend.

Bojangles is my go-to for breakfast—no matter what time of day it is! Their biscuits are always fresh, buttery, and perfectly soft, and they pair so well with the seasoned sausage or crispy chicken. The Bo Rounds are another must-have—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and packed with flavor.
No matter when I stop by, the breakfast is always hot and fresh, which keeps me coming back. If you’re a breakfast lover like me, Bojangles is the place to be!

I typically use the drive-thru, and did on this occasion as well. Bojangles biscuits ate thr best I've had! The drive-thru attendant who took my order was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. The cashier was friendly and accommodating. The line moved quickly enough. The sausage biscuits sans eggs, plain biscuits, and sweet tea were delicious.

That was the record for fastest take out in my Bojangles history. The entire staff worked together like a well oiled machine 😊 Absolutely awesome. They need recognition please!! If you’re driving home from work and you crave a piece of fried chicken, what can I say? The only issue I have with the chicken is not getting it all over my shirt while I’m eating and driving. Usually, it’s really good. I either get a fried chicken breast or Bo’s chicken sandwich. The Boberry biscuits are always a treat; if you haven’t tried them, you must.
