Everything was fresh and delicious! Incredibly affordable and the staff is super pleasant. I was eating in 10 min.

Such a wonderful first time! Always on the lookout for a good brunch spot and surprised I hadn’t come here sooner. The food was immaculate, and service was quick. Everyone was very friendly and all of the team we encountered were so welcoming. We were lucky enough to meet one of the owners, Rosa, and got to hear her story of Benetis. 10000000/10 recommend!

I had the seasonal pumpkin waffle and it came with whip cream, 2 eggs and bacon. The waffle was delicious!! I didn’t expect it to be that good. It was slightly crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. The flavor was amazing. I thought the coffee was good this time, dark and had flavor. The server was nice. The time before I had an omelette which I thought was OK but the ingredients were fresh, which was impressive, fresh mushrooms, green peppers. The egg part could have been thicker, was very thin so I tasted more of the mushrooms and peppers than the egg. The grits were fine, not the mushy kind, actually had grit. I will definitely be back and want to try the French toast, and a scramble.

This restaurant has been our favorite for a long time. The owners are amazing and love to serve their guests. Food is always delicious and price well. Lots of food on the plate. Plenty of parking. Totally worth it and you will be back.

Every time we visit our friends in Cary we come here for breakfast! The food is fabulous and the service is exceptional! Best home cooked breakfast around. Worth the visit and you will become a repeat customer!

I got cinnamon apple French toast with whipped cream, two scrambled eggs, and grits, with a seeet tea, and it was all less than $19! Lots of options on the menu, and clearly labeled vegetarian options!!! My server was so sweet and friendly, she noticed that I didn’t have a drink after being sat for a couple minutes and immediately came over and helped me. I didn’t mind waiting, but it was nice that she took the initiative to come talk to me.

We had a wonderful breakfast! All the staff were exceptionally friendly. The food came out quickly and was delicious. I had the California Omelet and my husband had the Senior Breakfast.

Listen, I would have had pictures, but the food looked so good we didn't want to waste time taking a picture, and let me tell you it was worth every dime of the money I spent here. Matter of a fact, honestly it was worth MORE than what we paid. I didn't know if I was sitting on earth or at a breakfast banquet in Heaven. The Omni omelet was the BEST omelet I have ever had. The strawberry and whipped cream waffle was the BEST waffle I ever had. If you have to walk to get here, if you have to fly to get here, if you have to swim to get here, by all means start now. Because this is by far the best place I have ever ate at. And their service and smiles were sweeter than the food. I'm sorry I didn't have the pictures.

Really lovely place for a Sunday breakfast! We arrived not long after opening and many of the tables were already full, signaling the deliciousness to come. Sylvia, our waitress, was happy to answer our questions since it was our first visit. She also told us a little bit about the history of the place, how it is owned by three sisters, how they all run it together with the help of various nephews and family, and it made me glad to know I was supporting a local homegrown business.
The food came out quickly and was tasty! Not looking for any frills, I went for the Belgian waffle and a side of bacon. Said bacon was perfectly crispy without being charred, not dripping with grease, and the waffle was fluffy and light. My wife got the souvlaki and absolutely loved it. My brother also got a waffle with blueberry compote, eggs, and country ham, and it disappeared rapidly enough that I can venture it was top tier. Throughout our meal Sylvia checked on us without hovering, and the restaurant continued to fill up. I watched a party of 10 get seated immediately. Everything was super clean and bright and comfortable, and with the chatter of other early birds around me, I deeply enjoyed this meal and this visit.
Sometimes you just need a chill spot to have breakfast with your fam. Y'all, this was it. My dad would have loved this place. I wish he was still around so I could show it to him.
Next time I'm going to try the crepes!

Overall we had a good experience. Food came out fairly quickly despite the crowd and it all tasted great! Only downside is we went on Mother’s Day and good grief it was loud and crowded. Took the waitress 20 minutes to come to the table to take our order and we had to wait 45 minutes just to be seated. They seemed understaffed, but hoping this was just a fluke due to the holiday.

Benetis recently remodeled and the refresh to the dining room is lovely. Of course it’s still the same great food with amazing service - seriously the staff here makes you feel like family. This is our favorite local breakfast spot!

Update: April 2025. Food still great -- I had Huevos Rancheros, friend had biscuits and sausage gravy (he loved it). Coffee was solid diner coffee. But service was exceptional. Location is not ideal for me, but will return without hesitation when I can. Highly recommended, esp for those looking for classic diner experience, and esp for breakfast. Food is consistently good, and service has always been exceptional.

Great food, excellent service. Party of three, and we all enjoyed it. I got the Huevos Rancheros, which were delicious. "Diner" quality coffee -- but it was fine and there was plenty of it (had a carafe at our table). Waitress was patience, competent, and friendly. Stayed a while for conversation with friends -- it was a great place for that. Will definitely return.

Missed my favorite breakfast location in the Triangle. So thankful they have reopened under new management in a completely updated space. I love the staff and the welcoming feeling they bring to my day. There is a good variety of great food.
