Had a great night at Bay 7 at the premier event by That Station! Beautiful intimate venue, I believe the tickets are limited to 200 so you are right there seeing great artists. Skylar Gudaz and Nolan Durham were amazing. Got to meet Chris one of my favorite djs on thatstation and the audio and production was top notch. Can't wait to see more here

Beautiful space. Tag Heuer made incredible use of this space during Luftgekühlt 11 and it became the star of the show.

This has to be one of my favorite wedding venues in Durham! It has everything, a dramatic stair case, nice open feel, a top floor that looks down on the bottom. It has so many fun photo nooks, and is nestled right inside the American Tobacco Campus! It is always a joy and true pleasure to photograph weddings here!

As an interfaith wedding rabbi and officiant, I have had the opportunity to work in a wide variety of venues, and Bay 7 is one of those spaces that immediately stands out because it offers something increasingly rare: a genuine sense of place.
Located within Durham's historic American Tobacco Campus, Bay 7 beautifully preserves the character of the original tobacco warehouses while transforming them into an exceptional setting for modern celebrations. The exposed brick walls, soaring timber ceilings, steel accents, and expansive windows create a space that feels authentic, distinctive, and unmistakably connected to Durham's history.
What I especially appreciate is how Bay 7 balances industrial character with warmth and elegance. The venue's abundance of natural light, dramatic architectural features, and wraparound balcony overlooking the campus create a setting that feels both impressive and welcoming. It is a space that photographs beautifully and provides couples with tremendous flexibility to create a wedding that reflects their own style and vision.
From a ceremony standpoint, Bay 7 has a wonderful sense of place. There is something meaningful about gathering family and friends in one of Durham's most iconic historic districts to celebrate the beginning of a new chapter. The venue manages to honor the past while serving as the backdrop for new memories, making it feel both timeless and contemporary at the same time.

Hands down my favorite event venue in Durham. The vibe of the American Tobacco Campus is fantastic and once you're inside Bay 7, the staff takes really good care of you. The food? Well, the Angus Barn handles that, so you can be sure it's going to be great.
