Pet friendly store i stopped in looking for dog toys for Christmas. Staff was super friendly.and great selection. If the parking was more convenient would be my only complaint. Very congested intersecton in Ninth street area of Durham. Still a great shopping experience.

Very welcoming supply store with everything you need for your pet and outside. I came for dog food, I didn’t see the whole store. What I did see was jam packed with goodies and the dog food brands my pup loves. Again, I can’t state enough there are lots of options. I signed up for the loyalty program and look forward to shopping here again when I have more time. Country vibes, love it!

I am a animal person. I have many pets, I am a gardener, and a chicken keeper. Barnes has been there for me in every way. It is a one stop shop for everything I need. Highly recommend.

We shop here for cat food and cat treats. Barnes stocks a wide selection of cans and pouches from Weruva, Tiki Cat, Fussie Cat, Anjou, and others. Of course, they stock a big selection of dog food, bird food, plants, and garden supplies. Helpful, friendly staff and a great location.

SUCH a great collection of dog items that big box pet stores do not do well - snuffle mats, slow feeder bowls, freshly dried chews, lick mats, puzzles, and more! I live close by so my dog drags me here almost every day.

There is also a good supply of materials for small mammals - especially my fave brand Oxbow.

The staff are super helpful and friendly, and I am so grateful this is in the neighborhood!
