Came here with a craving for grilled jalapenos and they delivered . They had great hot sauces, their gordita super crunchy and delicious.
Folks were really kind and portions were generous.
Paid for chips but it was nice and fresh with the guac
My one complaint is the birria soup was just ok .but gorditas beware, I'll be back.
The place is in a relaxed setting with a bar -
all the food was super yummy, boyf and i both loved the chips. the quesabirria was the best either of us have had. the sopes were also yummy. the melon juice was the perfect amount of sweetness we loved it

Great little family restaurant. Loved the birria tacos. Guacamole and chips…I couldn’t stop eating them. Salsa bar a nice touch. Live music on a Sunday afternoon.

This place has become part of our family tradition to come at least once everytime we come to NC from Florida. One of the most authentic Mexican restaurant we can find with really good tacos and a nice spicy salsa that adds hair to your chest. Also very nice to see they sell pupusas and have a really good horchata. Definitely recommend!!

Azteca as a whole gets 10+ stars from my daughter and I. The food a 10+! The customer service a 10+, my overall satisfaction is a 10+! Everything is a vibe and I will most definitely be coming back with my guest to invite them all to taste authenticity. My favorite restaurant on this side of town. You must stop by and give them a try, I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed. Enjoy the quality of good food and service.
