Authentic Sichuan cuisine in Durham! When we got there the place was fully packed but the hostess still was able to get us seated immediately. The menu looks very tempting with many choices. Portion was very generous and the food we had was extremely delicious. The rice is particularly of high quality and tastes so good! The best rice we have ever had in Chinese restaurant! Will definitely come back. Thanks to everyone who took care of our dining experience here. -
If you want authentic Chinese food, this is definitely the place to go. They have menu items that I have never seen anywhere else before. But besides that, I drive 50 mins to get to this place and it's always worth the drive. The food has amazing flavor and the portions are filling. Most times I always leave with leftovers -
I order takeout from Asian Kitchen pretty much every week, and they never disappoint. The food is always delicious, and the place is really clean, which I appreciate a lot.
Shoutout to the guy at the front desk with short hair—his service is amazing. He’s super friendly and really knows the menu well, always giving thoughtful and helpful recommendations. Definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back! -
Place looks dumpy, needs a deep clean. Service was efficient but not friendly. Vegetable ramen portion was huge, but very flavorless. They need to cut the portion size and focus on salt and seasonings. Noodle taste and texture was good, overall I wouldn't go back based on this experience. -
My favorite restaurant in the triangle. The lunch specials are fine but I usually get their family style food off their menu and wind up with leftovers for at least two more meals.
I got the spicy eggplant, cold cucumber salad, and chili oil wontons
I don’t think I can overstate enough my love for this restaurant it’s one of the only places I’ll go out to eat because I can’t make the food better myself at home, and it’s not over priced either.
It’s not a fancy looking place and is pretty bare bones on the inside but they really do put everything into their food and you can taste it.
