Very friendly and fast service. Enjoyed my sliders and my sandwich which was fresh and made with care. Nice atmosphere as well.

Food is good and fresh. Love the chicken salad sandwich!!! Only complaint I have is they are notorious for not giving you napkins at the drive thru!

I rather like this particular Arby's, as the manager there has often been very jovial and genial to me. The food is good, the fries crisp, and the inside clean and tidy of any spills or crumbs. The large windows of the place make eating inside a nice, and airy feeling experience.

Went through the drive through and ordered a BBQ brisket combo. When I pulled up to the window, the price quoted sounded a bit higher than what I was expecting. I went and double checked the menu board and saw that the posted price was indeed lower than what was charged, so I went back and informed them of the discrepancy. Instead of simply acknowledging the error and offering to correct it, first the cashier and then the manager proceeded to argue with me at length about how errors on the printed menu were not their responsibility, wasting a good 15-20 minutes of my time.

Always a pleasure. Very clean, great customer service. Highly recommend. We stop here just about every Sunday after church in Chapel Hill.

Arby's menu has improved. This place is cleaner than the average fast food joint. The process are what you'd expect from fast food. The quality is better than I would expect from fast food. They actually shifted people around when the line got longer so things progressed faster.

It is a Great place to eat. Florence is one of their employee who helped me with loaded Italian sandwich. She is such a sweet girl and very helpful too. Everyone should come to Arby's and ask for Florence's help

It's an Arby's. Ive only been through the drive through. They've gotten my food correct every time. Staff wasn't too friendly, but not rude. Basically an average experience and average food. (Personally as far as fast food goes Arby's has better food, but i can't give 3.5 stars)

You have to be somewhat psychic to know whether or not the person staring at you from the cash register is actually talking to you or talking to the drive-thru. When attempting to order after they said "what you want", when we started to speak the person instantly informed us that they were talking to drive-through instead. then while not looking at us and not in front of a register said "what you want" when we didn't say anything they asked again and look directly at us. We started to tell them and they didn't bring any of it up, we asked if they wanted us to wait and they informed us that they'll remember everything that we said. When we try to order a number of items, they appeared confused like they didn't know of such a item. The people on the back where apparently having some kind of talent competition, we don't know who won but for that bracket the competition looked fierce... Had concerns that the people busy with winning this local competition would not have the spare time to follow proper hygiene protocol or Arby's protocol in order to make the food. Though the seating area looked relatively clean, the back of the house was a slightly different story. We decided it would be best to let these people continue with what they were busy with and left promptly.

I had not been to Arby's in years and it is not a particularly common staple restaurant in the Bay area so I don't find myself with the option for it too often. On my way home one evening I decided to stop in on one purely on a whim. After looking over the menu for a bit I decided on the barbecue bacon sandwich which I believe was a roast beef sandwich. After taking the sandwich home to eat in the comfort of my own quarters I realize that they had neglected to include the apple turnover that I had ordered with my sandwich and called the restaurant to let them know. they were very polite about it took my name and allowed me to come back to pick it up at a later time which I did. As the writing of this review I can say that the apple turnover was indeed tasty and worth the return to pick up. The sandwich itself, was surprisingly good. The barbecue sauce did not appear to be overdone or drowning of the meat. The bun, which I am generally worried about some fast food chains because the breads tend to overwhelm the meats, was quite soft and did not overpower the sandwich itself. I came away from that experience relatively impressed, and although I am not rushing back to Arby's to either have another one or two try something different should it be a recommended stop in present company I wouldn't turn my nose up at it and would be willing to try more from their menu.
