Durham bulls stadium is very nice and clean, parking is not that far of a walk. We went for the winter wonderland. It was really nice and to too crowded. As always it's fun times here.

Nice, very walkable campus with quite a bit of technology companies and places to eat. DPAC is here. Several parking buildings around to conveniently park your car while you are working, eating or just taking a walk. Good for photos too.

Definitely a bit on the utilitarian side, lots of offices and work spaces for students, but still a great place to visit if you're in the area. My wife and I came on a random weekday and were pleasantly surprised by the amount of things to see. Not the most intuitive layout, with a few restaurants and retail stores littered about, so definitely worth exploring!

So far the most beautiful social district I have ever been to ! A perfect mix of mountain waterfall vibes mixed with big city fun. Wish they would have had more basic budget friendly restaurant options but was overall an absolutely amazing experience. I have been telling everybody about it !

Well kept business park area with a large selection of surrounding restaurants, espresso, and more. Nice large yard area for hanging out and enjoying the sun in. Nice area to bring your kids or have work lunch. Very well lit and nice at night. No cost entry but have to pay for parking most likely. Free to walk around in and such. Lots of available parking at parking garages.

Shops, businesses, restaurants, even a school. Renovated development with water features and plenty of places to chill and relax. Many things to see and do. Right next to Durham Bulls stadium. Pretty cool to see how the area is transformed if you’re from the area.

Celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary at the ballpark, with family. It was a great experience, $1 hotdog night added to the excitement. Great venue, easy to get around, very clean and all the stadium employees were wonderful! Plus, we finally got to see our brick!!

This area was very well thought-out as a redevelopment district. The American Tobacco Campus is well maintained and features an artificial river in the heart of the district. The area provides a relaxing atmosphere and offers a variety of unique restaurants and retail shops. Enjoy the Tobacco Campus during the daytime at lunch, or during a late-night stroll. It's a fine gem to the city of Durham.

A very well repurposed part of history in downtown Durham. The American Tobacco Campus (ATC) is a mixture of business offices, media, restaurants, entertainment, and even Burt Shavitz’s (Burt’s Bees founder) cabin located on the Campus. With the Durham Bulls stadium across the street ATC is most certainly a pleasant and enjoyable place to visit. Worth taking some time to see.

Went to Durham bulls game and loved it. Had park little away but the walk was scenic and nice. Wanna check things out down there and see what all there! Interested. Looked cool

Very cool historic place. It's neat to walk around and just explore. We stopped in the little shops and they are super quirky and fun. The restaurants looked good too (but we didn't eat at any of them). Great location to take selfies or social media photos for all of those young folks. Or a nice place for a romantic stroll with your loved ones in the evening. Just see it for yourself!
