Awesome district filled with tons of cool and chill things to do. Great place that serves well as a staycation, although sometimes it's hard to tell what the buildings are for, it's definitely embedded with the offices. The jazz band they had was superb! -
Awesome area but it could use some shops and food options like an ice cream parlor. -
A beautifully repurposed former tobacco company manufacturing Warehouse and area with restaurants, entertainment and sports complexes as well as meeting rooms and community areas. -
Lovely revitalization of old tobacco campus. History turned into a getaway live spot. Comes to life with music, covered pickle ball courts, water fall and garden and trail. Quite a few restaurants including Press Coffee, Moe’s, a couple of Burger places and go north of tracks and you find a whole lot more choice of restaurants. This is right next to art center and Durham Bull’s baseball field. Several parking garages and a surface lot in all direction. Don’t bother looking for road side parallel parking. Most of the time it’s free for two hours. Kids friendly, pet friendly place. -
My daughter and I went here to walk around and we had a great time. Calm atmosphere
