The food is always great. Several meal choices, good for adults and kids, and big portions for a great price. This location is in downtown Durham, so it seems small, but it actually has lots of seating inside and out. Margarita is the nicest person ever! She always has a smile and is super helpful. She treats everyone like family and makes us feel right at home. Love coming to this location!

I went to the location near Duke. I love that they serve the food on real plates and they use real silverware!

Excellent food. On recommendation I got a “Quarter Dark, with sweet plantains” and then got the green sauce for chicken dipping. Was not disappointed, except no Dr Pepper. Outside dining available. Inside is pretty noisy.

I expected just average food but was totally blown away. The food was ridiculously delicious. The staff was super friendly and the restaurant was very clean. Large portions and decent pricing.

After a busy day of signing a notary like myself, making sure my clients are taken care of first, deserves a flavorful meal at a good price. It's enough to share or tame the hunger monster depending on the type of day you've had. Thank you all for being so pleasant and always make sure that my order is correct.
