We had a great experience at this Alamo! Our flight landed a little early but the shuttle was at the terminal within a few minutes. We had to wait a couple of extra minutes at the Alamo desk because they were having printer problems and the manager upgraded our car for the short wait. My final bill reflected the amount that I booked the car for too. Easy return. Both shuttle drivers were extremely friendly. 5 sars all around!

The customer service was amazing! I had a slow leak in my right front tire for the entire time I had the rental. I couldn’t drive it because I didn’t trust it. And I was too far to come return it for a different car. When I told them they took care of my entire bill. It’s how it should be handled, but most places wouldn’t do that. I was very appreciative and I’ll be using them again!

I just recently used the Alamo near Raleigh Durham airport for the first time and it was excellent service. Everyone I talked to was super friendly and helpful. We returned the car about an hour and a half early and as things had it, that put us into the threshold for a two day rental instead of a three day. They rolled back the time and saved us some money. I would most definitely use this location again.

I rented a car on Thanksgiving day and the staff were all very nice and helpful. Jason was amazing!! The little red Corolla he put me in totally made my day. The staff went above and beyond with their customer service. I will definitely will rent from Alamo again (when I am back in the Raleigh area).

I received amazing service...beyond great service. I will definitely work with Alamo again. I had a problem with the original vehicle assigned to me when I picked it up. I called the customer service number to explain what I was noticing with the engine. The agent found a rental agency near me and lined up a trade-in. I drove to that location and the guy swapped vehicles with me. It took no time at all. The folks at the original rental location in Raleigh were wonderful when I returned the vehicle. I'll be back in that area next year and will work with Alamo at the Raleigh airport. Thank you!

We had a great experience with Alamo. From beginning to end, everyone was super helpful and kind. When we returned our rental, we asked about a small issue with the billing and Ash was SUPER helpful with getting it resolved. He and all the drivers were incredibly kind. Two of the drivers assisted my mom getting on and off the shuttle bus with her cane. We will always remember the kindness and generosity of these men and will certainly be renting from Alamo in the future because of this amazing customer service experience.

We rented a Chrysler Pacifica van to travel to Cape Canaveral and back to North Carolina. Alamo provided this van and it was a great experience. The van is very comfortable and very well equipped. Upon our return, we spoke with the manager because he was in the return lot and he’s very friendly. We had a very satisfactory conversation We will rent from Alamo again as we have in the past, and we are very satisfied with Alamo’s service. The manager’s name is Conan and he was very helpful and very professional

The staff were absolutely amazing! Very friendly and they had me in and out in just a few minutes. This was my first time using Alamo, but I will definitely be using them again in the future. The Raleigh Airport Alamo staff should be an example of how all other Alamo locations should perform!

RDU Alamo: The employees are always so nice. There are typically three people behind the counter so the wait is never long. The person who directs you to your car outside offers bottles of water (and there is a canopy for shade if it's summer). The rental cars have always been clean and ready. The best part, though, is how nice the employees are.

Transportation to and from the rental office was stress free. Bus driver loaded and unloaded my luggage both at pickup and return. The car was very clean and well maintained. I would rent from Alamo again. Thank you everyone that I had contact with for a very pleasant experience.

10 stars! My rental car experience with Alamo was by far the best. I was welcomed with a bottle of water (much needed after a long flight). Staff was friendly and chill and led me to the car within 10 mins after checking-in. I returned my car early because of schedule change. I was surprised by how fair and fast they handled the situation. The young man (wish I remembered his name) at the car return was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He recalculated my rental fee and refunded the money back to my credit card. He told me I may get a survey regarding my experience but I never received it. I feel the urge to write a good review on Google instead. Alamo Raleigh, you set the bar high for other rental companies. Thank you for taking excellent care of your customers!
