The customer service was great. I upgraded my car at the last minute due to the storm that came while I was visiting. They didn't overcharge me and gave me a beautiful 4 wheel drive truck. I was in and out within 15 minutes or less. Service with a smile. Who could ask for anything more.

I was able to book conveniently with a package deal that lined up flight times with car pick up and return. I chose a car for a decent price but changed make and model when picking up which was easy after paying a little more for the upgrade. They have a really nice collection to choose from. The customer service was friendly throughout; at the desk, getting the vehicle, on the phone, and return. Shuttle service to and from the airport was convenient and on time. There were issues with the car windows, which I reported. The car was not cleaned properly because there was trash from previous customer, which I did not report. Those two issues are why there's a 4 star instead of 5. I would return to this business again but check cleanliness and functionality before leaving the lot.

I liked the flexibility of reserving ahead and paying at pickup. Even though our flight landed late at night we were still able to get our rental, I was nervous we wouldn’t make it on time, but so relieved by their accommodations. The pick up and drop of were quick and easy and the people were so nice. The car was the best for me and my daughter. Loved the affordability, good quality and friendliness. Definitely would recommend.

Online check in was super easy, shuttle from RDU airport was immediately available and quick to the counter, the woman who waited on us was super friendly, knowledgable, and prompt! Our Nissan Altima was super clean (smelled brand new) and had amazing gas mileage! Our return went just as amazing as our check-in: friendly, prompt, and the shuttle was ready to take us to the airport! 10/10 for service, quality, and cleanliness! Thank you for such a great experience!

Polite and efficient service, clean cars, no hassles return. Their prices are competitive and, in my case, I was offered a variety of free-of-charge upgrades to pick from. Overall a very positive experience!
