"The menu at Ricky Moore's homage to beachside fish camps changes daily, depending on the day's deliveries from the coast. His Durham stand is mostly takeout, with a few umbrella-covered picnic tables in front, and it's best to join the line on the early side of lunch: Moore frequently sells out of seafood by 2 or 3 p.m. We snagged the last order of shrimp for the day, a generous dozen delicately fried, scattered on a toasted roll, and topped with cabbage and fennel slaw flecked with parsley and dill."
