The sushi here is where it’s at! Our family has been ordering takeout for years now and have never been let down. Quality of the rolls are consistent and I think they are the best BOGO deal in the area.

Overall excellent experience! The greeter, who was also our server, was super positive. It was a large menu. Our server offered suggestions, which we tried and did not regret a single one.
The food was fresh and expertly prepared. I ordered the Penang curry, and it was just as I imagined it should be - a little coconut, a smidgen spicy, entirely delicious. My wife and son loved the bibimbap and vermicelli noodles with beef. We shared sushi among the table, and it too was excellent.
Though I really liked Sake Bomb, the prices were a bit high for me. Out the door (which includes tip) I spent ~ $150 for a family of three. Though I will definitely go back, it will be reserved for birthdays, anniversaries, or other events where we convince ourselves to splurge.

Everything was delicious and fresh! We were pleasantly surprised when we went in on a Sunday and the server said it was buy one get one free on the menu! Highly recommended if you like a variety of sushi. Try the sunset roll: crab stick, avocado, cucumber, salmon, topped with thinly sliced lemon 🍋

That was like the best pho I ever had in Durham. The juicy and tender beef was amazing. Sooooooo good. The staff was also really nice

My daughter and I were in Durham and she wanted something special. We stopped here for lunch where she ordered lo mein and I got a couple of sushi rolls. I took my server's advice and couldn't have been more happy. So much so that my daughter tried sushi for the first time and found that she liked it.

My wife and I had some errands to do during the weekday and was famished at the end of completing them so we looked for a restaurant close by that we haven't tried yet. Sake Bomb has great reviews so we stopped by. It was nice and quiet (middle of the weekday) and our waiter Wesley was very friendly and attentive. Our food was great (she ordered the Panang Curry and I ordered the General Tso's chicken). Our food for the price was well proportioned and tasted amazing! Also solid 1980's music soundtrack too

We used to go here a lot before the pandemic and it was our favorite place for sushi. In the last year, the taste and quality of the food has really gone down hill. It’s really disappointing because we really loved this place for sushi, but the ingredients don’t really taste fresh.
