For those who like sushi, I would definitely recommend this place. I think I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve gone to this place. I mean they have some sushi selections, and everyday is the same type of sushi, but their selections are very delicious. The fact that you can eat as many sushi you want plus you have appetizer, entree and dessert included. It can not get better than that. I love their monkey roll, Hawaiian roll, rock and roll, Raleigh roll, their cheesecake dessert, chicken wings, dumplings, krab Ragoon, their crab salad and so much more. I would definitely recommend this place.

The first time we ate here was in 2020 and it wasn't the best. Monday was the second time and we figured we give it another chance since it was three years ago. It is so much better! Food is fresh and tasty, and we love how we don't have to wait for someone to bring us sushi. Very clean place. It is still not as high tier as other sushi places but if you are extremely hungry for sushi, this definitely beats the subpar sushi offered at Asian buffets!!!

Unique little all you can eat sushi restaurant. Rolls are served on plates conveyor-ed around the booths and seats.
The quality of sushi itself it’s what you’d expect at an all you can eat sushi restaurant. It’s not bad, but it’s not super amazing either. It’s decent and exceeded expectations for what you get. The price is reasonable as well, and you’re able to stay for up to 2.5 hours eating as much as you’d like.
Really fun experience with a group of people or if you just want to eat by yourself.

I visited this conveyor belt sushi restaurant on a Saturday afternoon with a party of 3. Despite the off-peak hour, we had to wait about 40 minutes for a table. This may be due to the fact that only one conveyor belt was operating at the time.
The price was good for the value, but the sushi was not fresh and tasted bland. The fish was not spoiled, but it did not have much flavor. I will come back again for dinner one day, hoping that the food will taste better. The choices are also quite limited, so do not expect to find the same variety as you would in a Japanese conveyor belt sushi restaurant, like what you see on YouTube videos of Japan.
The service at Rockin’ Rolls Sushi Durham was great. Our waitress was very attentive and brought out our orders quickly. She was also very knowledgeable about the menu and made some great recommendations for us.

The sushi comes on a conveyor belt. You can also order additional items from a touch screen at your table and they bring it to you. All you can eat for like $20 per person.

The sushi and appetizers were good. It's not high end sushi, but this isn't intended to be. It's still tasty, and it's all you can eat. The hostess was very nice and we were seated pretty quickly. They have booths and counter seating, all of which have the same access to the conveyor belt. You can also order appetizers, kids food, and entrees from a tablet at the table. They bring it out on a cart. Really fun place to go!

The service is exceptional for an AYCE place. The menu is limited to what’s offered on the conveyor and the options are few. You get to order hot apps and entrees on the iPad at each table. Overall, it’s worth a one-time visit.

Nice quiet place with plenty of sushi options on the belt! The hibachi is also really awesome. Flat price all-you-can-eat that does not disappoint! I found out about this place about 3 weeks ago and have been 4 or 5 times!

Amazing restaurant! I will return every time I'm in Durham.
All the sushi was fresh and flavorful. The ordered items came out fast even though they were packed. There was more than enough variety. Some of the best teriyaki chicken I've had. The Rockin' Roll was my vice.

Food was great. The choices in sauces, drinks, menu was good. No high expectations. Sushi belt replacement was pretty consistent despite being busy. Entrees, Sides also was consistent in being served when ordered. They immediately cleaned tables soon as people left. Kept tables clean of used plates when finished. Went 2 weekends in a row and will be coming back again soon !
