Got takeout from here. The catfish was nice, the onion rings and okra were good, and the dogs weren't bad. However, almost all parts of my order were wrong, whether it was the topping type or the type of sausage. I also was missing a banana pudding that I had paid for.

We ordered and ate in the car as we had our dog along on a trip. We hit up old school eats in many cities. This hotdog was made by a man who has been cooking them for over 25 years. The all the way dogs and onion ring and fish sandwich were excellent. The catfish and it's batter was the finest I have eaten anywhere-- and I do mean anywhere. That is a comeback again place. People were talking, joking and that was the vibe of the place. We even got a plain dog for our dog!! She wanted a second one!! Thanks for a terrific meal.

Customer service was awesome. Lady was patient & kind; she offered my 3 daughters a milkshake. Food was okay. Teriyaki wings were not appetizing at all. Hotdogs were great!

I stop here every time I'm in Durham. Food is always great 💯 They have a nice place with wonderful service as well

Jimmy's famous is always great, I keep trying to venture out away from their classic cheese burgers and hotdogs but it's hard. I did try the chicken legs and wings plate and it was outstanding also. And of course the deserts are out of this world. Chocolate and carrot cakes.

I had lunch here with Visually Impaired and Blind friends. There were five of us. I knew this was not the type of place that take your order. You have to do to the counter to tell them what you want. It's best for Blind people to sit at tables and have food brought out. Carrying food would be a lot when you are in a restaurant. For safety reasons for everyone, it's best to bring food out. I asked the woman at the counter if she can take our order and she did. We enjoyed our food and I appreciate the woman taking our orders!
