I went in for a diamond ring appraisal as there are few places that will give you a value if you didn’t purchase at their store. The people at Jewelsmith were lovely, kind, and very professional. Got my ring back in about 10 days with a detailed appraisal of both the stones and gold band. The whole experience was great, and I will definitely be back to shop their beautiful collection of jewelry.

I was recommended to visit Jewelsmith by a dear friend and I have no regrets! I got my engagement ring for my now wife there and also the wedding band. In terms of the engagement ring, I worked with Delouis who was absolutely wonderful and kind. After telling her what I envisioned for my partner, we went through a few options from shape, to color, to diamond size. She worked perfectly with my budget and was an all around kind human being to work with. In terms of the wedding band, Tracy was amazing! My fiancee was able to communicate with Tracy on what we wanted and she was very receptive of our vision. She drew some wonderful sketches of some ideas, was open to our suggestions, and even went out of her way to mail us the waxes to Philadelphia to make sure we would be happy with the product. She was always energetic, welcoming, and communicative. This process was one of the easiest aspect of wedding planning and it's thanks to the wonderful team they have there who are committed to making sure you are happy. Would highly recommend Jewelsmith to all!

I almost lost my grandmother’s diamond in my old wedding ring and it was my cue to create something new. I had also inherited some more diamonds. I wanted a floral design and worked with Mary. She had wonderful ideas and helped me to design a completely unique new wedding ring. I especially love the little leaves she suggested in the corners, such a darling touch. The service is impeccable!!! I recently was given my grandmother's vintage diamond rings. Most were more than 60+ years old. The jewelers repaired and restored them to mint condition so they can remain family heirlooms for 60 more years. The professionalism and advice on selection and care was outstanding. I had to appraise jewelry for the first time and glad I came here! They were so open and knowledgeable about the type of metal and jewels that were used. Jewelsmith is definitely deserving of the amazingly high reviews it has. I worked with Tiffany on a bespoke engagement ring for my fiance. Since my fiance insisted on being totally surprised, I wasn't able to involve her in the design process, which made things a little nerve wracking. Despite all my research, I still had almost no idea what I was really doing. That is where Tiffany came in. At our first meeting she discussed visions with me, listened, and even busted out a sketch book to talk through pros and cons of different design options and how they would look and feel. She painstakingly worked on digital renderings of the different designs, incorporating my feedback at each step. She provided input when I asked for it, but was incredibly respectful of my decisions. She worked with me on options to stay in budget and even scouted other stones at gem shows for me. If you're going though serious jewelry shopping for the first time, you couldn't ask for a better guide. At every step of the design phase from sketches to digital renderings to wax model casting, I had chances to see the product and make changes, and Tiffany was helpful in realizing my vision a ring that could be worn all day every day; elegant but sturdy for all the outdoor trekking my partner and I do. Despite all this, the price point was very fair, and I could not be happier with the process end to end. Thank you Tiffany!

My vintage engagement ring lost a tiny pearl and Katherine at Jewelsmith was awesome! Went in for a consultation and was nervous it might be too expensive but the prices for replacing it and making some other minor repairs was extremely reasonable! Repairs were done beautifully and quickly and Katherine walked me through the whole process patiently and knowledgeably! Highly recommend for any jewelry repair needs!

My fiancé and I decided to go to Jewelsmith for our wedding rings and they did NOT disappoint!!! We have had an amazing experience with Jewelsmith, and particularly Tracy, every step of the way. Tracy took so much time walking us through the process of designing our wedding rings, showing us options, and sending over mock-ups of wedding rings so we could decide on our favorite designs. She is an absolutely lovely human being and made what could have been a really stressful and confusing process super fun! The rings turned out beautifully and it was so clear that there was so much care taken with every detail. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. 10/10 would recommend. Ask for Tracy!!!

My 92 year old aunt passed away a year ago and willed her beautiful marquee wedding ring to me. As a man, not sure what I would do with it, so Jewelsmith stepped in and created a very special ring for me. The ring has several features that remind me of my aunt, the diamond being one , we graduated from the same university…seven green stones to represent, and a beautiful engraved cross the side. Phil is a true skilled Jewelsmith, along with Katherine’s input made for an incredible piece of jewelry! One I will cherish for years to come!

I needed to get my wedding set resized. My engagement ring and wedding band are soldered together, and I wasn’t sure what the process would be. The estimate was given very quickly, and the options, with both the risks and benefits, were explained to me very clearly. They did a beautiful job resizing my wedding set and I’m so thankful to be wearing it again! Of course, they also cleaned and shined her up, and she is GLEAMING! High quality work, highly recommend.
