I have no constructive criticism. It is pet friendly. The service was excellent! I got caught out in the rain while walking my dog. As soon as I walked into the lobby, there was a staff person there with a large fluffy towel for me and my dog to dry off with.

This is a very nice hotel with lovely rooms and engaging staff. The location for Duke is superb. There is really no Business Center, and it is very expensive.

Comfortable, spacious, modern-design hotel with restaurant, lounge areas, and bars. We live in town & visit the restaurant, usually before a Duke athletic event.

It was great nice and clean in the rooms. Lots of seating and they do have a bar. It looks cool from inside and from outside . I went to another hotel and there was hair and no sheet’s . At least here had sheets and no hair. Very convenient coffee place next to us and buildings across the street.

This hotel is incredible- a great restaurant and lounge, a gym with a sauna, and a very comfortable room with nice room service- I was so comfortable during my stay and loved every moment of it.

Went here for the lunch buffet. Build your own sandwich and salad to steak sliders. The variety was good, and the quality was even better. It had kind of a corporate vibe but every felt welcome.

Came to this hotel for a conference. I drove in for the day, so I did not stay overnight. The lobby and conference space were very comfortable and spacious. The AC was working very well in the conf room as it was quite chilly in the room. However, we were able to get it regulated after our request. Was able to grab lunch in the hotel restaurant. The food for lunch was buffet style and absolutely delicious, very good for a hotel. I was impressed!

As a Carolina fan I hated that the hotel was on Duke's campus! Lol. Besides that it was a grrrrrreat stay!
