This is a great gym. They have multiple classes for all skill levels. They offer a kids class, women's class, and a men and women's class. Very safety focused.

Sunny is a Top Notch instructor. I highly recommend this safety oriented, welcoming, beginner friendly, and high quality instruction. You will feel right at home. I've trained over there for 5 years and recommend those in the Durham area to check this place out.
