I'm in NYC, needed to replace a well-worked Fishman amp. I called Monday morning (a real human answered), asked him about estimated shipping time. I placed the order online for a Bose amplifier, and by Wednesday afternoon it was at my door. Well packed with a personal note thanking me for the purchase. The price was just as competitive as well known online retail music stores, but without question Electric Violin Shop wins on attention and service.
