I've been to a few captain D'S over the years at many locations while in the military nothing special just a quick place to get some fish, but this location was definitely by far the best I've been to could definitely compare to a nice fish house everything was fresh and hot and tasted like homemade. Will definitely return here again.

Everyone here is extremely sweet. The food is amazing! Customer service is unmatched! Best place to go for amazing fried fish.

Asked the big guy at the window for cocktail sauce for my order for fish and shrimp at the drive-thru.
"I gotcha," he responded.
He hands my did, and I look at him and am sure he gave me the one single thing I asked for. No napkins, receipts, just cocktail sauce. No cocktail sauce. Captain D's. Two thumbs down.
The food was great. The atmosphere was pleasant. The area is bordering on good and a bad crime area. Historically.
I've been coming to this verysame Captain D's 43 years. Durham is still a good place to live if you know how to act and where not to be.

Young Man who took me&my sister order was very knowledgeable of his job,knew

Food was good but my order was wrong but I went through the drive threw. I usually go inside but I didn't today. Got to work and I ordered a fish and chicken dinner with double fries for my sides. I only received chicken 3 strips and double fries. I hate the drive threw but ofcourse I ate my food.
