Nurture & Flow: a Yoga and Soundbath Experience

For the ones who nurture everyone else, this space is for you!!

Give yourself the gift of rest, care, and connection. Nurture & Flow is a 90-minute experience designed to create space for you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and receive some of the care you so often give to others.

Begin with 45 minutes of gentle and restorative all-levels yoga, guiding you to release tension, reconnect with your body, and soften into the present moment. Then, sink into 45 minutes of a restorative sound bath, allowing the healing vibrations to support deep relaxation and nervous system reset.

Throughout the experience, you’ll be invited to:

Move with intention and ease.

Explore breathwork and mindful stillness.

Rest fully as sound vibrations wash over you, bringing calm and renewal.

Take this time to receive the care you give to others, nurture yourself, and create space to simply be. No experience is needed. Just bring your presence and your willingness to relax.

What to Bring:

Yoga mat and/or blanket (highly recommended)

Water or tea

Any props that support your comfort (pillows, journal, eye mask, blocks, bolsters, straps, etc.)
