One of the best americanos I’ve ever had. I love Larry’s Beans, fantastic roaster from Raleigh. Wish they sold it by the lb here. Always lots of seating, which is hard to fun in Durham. Only organic and fair trade coffee 👍👍

Absolutely loved this place! Service was quick, accurate, and very friendly, and the espresso & machiatto I ordered was so good that the next day, I went 20 minutes out of the way on my driving route to have another one. The interior has a calm, pleasant aesthetic with just the right amount of warm lightning, and the layout of the entire store is quite charming in how odd it is. Two huge pluses for me included: (a) The downstairs portion was very quiet, lit just enough for people to do whatever work they'd brought, and would be an excellent place for productivity, and (b) The downstairs bathroom is a single stall in a spacious room that was very clean and tucked far away from other patrons. 5/5 stars is an easy rating for me to give them; they're definitely worth checking out!

Love this place! I frequent here almost every day and am always greeted with smiles and good vibes. The barista Evan in particular is very talented and personable, I'm always very happy to get my coffee made by him. Keep up the great service Triangle!

Lovely local coffee house. These workers are very sweet and have such a beautiful environment. Please come here to have a drink of any kind. Try the sodas! Love the downstairs area. Definitely a must try.

Small little coffee shop in durham. Excellent mocha with some nice seating upstairs and a really quiet basement area to get a little work done. Would much rather support a small business like this than the Starbucks down the street.

Very chill vibe, friendly service, and delicious coffee. If you like spice, get the Mayan mocha. You won't regret it!

Low key bohemian coffee spot.Lots of tables downstairs in case they run out of seats upstairs. Even a few couches. Seems to be a popular study spot for college kids. Not a lot of food choices. Just a few pastry. Maybe find a Waffle House if you need a substantial breakfast. Coffee is spot on. Good strong coffee that tastes just fine black. WIFI is good. None of that sign in nonsense where you have to give an email name, and phone number (Looking at you Sir Walter Coffee). Lots of outlets too! Just one bathroom downstairs but it's rarely busy enough that it matters. Has a slight lefty vibe with some of the art on the walls and copies of Workers World next to the other free weeklies. Wish they opened earlier in the morning? Takes Apple Pay, counter service people are always friendly.

We love sitting outside the coffee shop and enjoying our drinks. The owner is so friendly and personable. We love to support local businesses. Much better than buying from a large chain.

I came here for the first time today and I truly love it! Jermaine is amazing. Wow! I ordered the Bull City Turtle (cold) with whipped cream and Almond milk and was completely blown away. I didn’t get too far down the street before turning around and going back in to order another. Thank you for being amazing Jermaine. I will be back. Oh yes, I came on to the Durham County Public Library (Main Branch) and it’s beautiful. Thanks for mentioning it.

We gave this place a try because it had better reviews than the Starbucks nearby. The environment is quaint. Their desserts are delicious. However, the coffee is not that great. I added some flavor to my cup and it was much more tolerable. My husband got a pour over, and it was incredibly watery and tasted like even the milk was watered down. It was bland with a tap water aftertaste. It could have just been the way it was made, but that was my one time experience. I'd go back to get one of their banana chocolate gluten-free ball things, but I won't be getting any more coffee

This place is very cool. I can't believe I lived in Durham for almost five yeas and never gone in here. Going to start going here on the regular. Very cool atmosphere, you have to check it out.

My favorite coffee shop in Durham, locally owned small business that personifies Durham. If you aren't a coffee connoisseur which I am not the baristas will walk you thru. Also in the age of Covid19 you are required to wear a mask upon entry, and the seating has been reduced in half. While in town I stop by here for my daily coffee fix.

Great place to go work with a friend or just go to chat. The drinks were really good, but I do wish they'd had more food options. Cool art that gets changed once in a while.

Coffee shop was having some issues with their machines but was very accommodating otherwise. Nice quite place to sit on your computer and work or get a cold drink and escape the heat.

On my way out of town, this coffee shop hit the spot. The staff was super friendly, love the atmosphere and the mocha mayan was a delight. Definitely head back there next time I'm back!

While it’s a nice enough place to sit, the coffee just isn’t very good. I ordered a pourover that was so watery it tasted like coffee-flavored water. Maybe this was just a one-off mistake, but it’s pretty disappointing to get that wrong. The cortado my friend had was pretty good, though, so 3 stars overall.

Cozy and quiet with lots of study space downstairs. Coffee was ok (I got the Nutella mocha and wasn't super impressed) but the service was great. Perfect place for solo studying!

The baristas are always friendly and very knowledgeable. If you like matcha or matcha lattes, this is a great place to go. Whatever level of sweetness you desire - I like mine largely unsweetened, and this is the rare place that offers that. Comfortable seating, and quiet - a rather unique quality in Durham.

Had an absolutely lovely lavender-mint tea latte and enjoyed the outdoor seating along ninth street. This is a great local coffee shop!
