The lobby is currently in the middle of Revelation but they really did a phenomenal job with the rooms. They just finished renovating all the rooms and they are top-notch very well done. It wasn't the normal quickdash rooms these are actually done it very nicely. There is no musty or old-fashioned smell everything is very clean and crisp and no extra fragrance hiding things. I'm looking forward to the lobby and the downstairs being renovated. This will be a very nice hotel when it's all done. I would like to be able to use my phone key all of the locks are still the old system where you have to slide the key in but I'll take what I can get it so fantastic value for the money.

Am a patient of Duke Orthopaedics in Morrisville, NC. My mother and I have become regular guests of the Springhill Suites by Marriott Raleigh-Durham Airport/Research Triangle Park. We have received superb level customer service from Ja’Quez on several occasions. He is so warm and courteous. Been traveling in for dr.’s appts from my home, @ four hours away. When my mom called to book our first stay, she wanted to speak with someone at the property to get some clarity. Ja'Quez patiently/courteously answered many questions about the hotel location and its proximity to the dr.’s office, provided helpful directions, and booked us. He made us feel comfortable and confident about traveling/driving in an area we were somewhat unfamiliar with. He also booked our most recent stay @ a month ago. When we arrived, we were happy to find Ja’Quez on duty. It was a real pleasure to be greeted so warmly, meet in person, and of course, be able to put a face to the friendly voice on the phone. Ja’Quez, a customer service rock star who went above and beyond…The way he’s made what could’ve easily been a trying experience a pleasant and seamless one is so much appreciated.
Also, during recurring stays at Springhill Suites, we have had the pleasure of encountering Almetra. During the most recent check-in, she was incredibly warm and pleasant. Showing great concern for and empathy with my current medical condition-and its constraints-(foot surgery with use of a transport wheelchair), Almetra booked us into one of the lovely, newly-renovated rooms and helped us get settled into it immediately upon our arrival. She also went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. Almetra's exceptional level of customer service helped make our stay a comfortable and cozy one.

They're "remodeling" which means new paint, carpet and some room furniture like the couch. Otherwise it's a standard plain-ole Springhill Suites layout.
The housekeeping staff needs to use a bit more common sense and look for obvious problems / cleanliness concerns.
Front desk staff is great.
If you don't want to hear I-40 road noise ask for a room that faces the front parking lot.

When I read the bad reviews about here, I thought we might have a better chance and make a good stay. I was wrong.
I saw there was renovation going on and I could understand that. There was no internet and in the pool, I found a dead spider! The staff was really nice so they probaly cleaned the pool. Location was ok.
But the breakfast wasn't that good. The only good thing that happened was I didn't encounter any roaches or bed bugs.

Really nice location tucked away in an office park. Easily accessible to the hwy. Rooms were moderately priced. Updated equipment in the fitness room. Good selection of breakfast items. Hotel is currently being updated, so there's construction in & outside the building. It didn't cause too much of a disruption. Customer service was stellar. Both desk clerks & housekeeping were amazing.

Every front desk staff we came in contact with was AMAZING on the evening and overnight of 1/28 as well as the morning of 1/29. They always had a smile on their face and did not hesitate to answer my questions and provide help.

Staff: 4 stars. They were nice and helpful .
Facilities: 3 stars. The hotel offers all you need for a good stay. However, the rooms are very outdated. Also I would suggest removing the dirty carpets from the bedrooms that will only give health issues to your customers.
Cleanliness: my room wasn’t cleaned or made up during my stay. I have never been to a hotel where they do this. No information on cleaning should be requested…
Overall: overpriced hotel with a lot of improvements to be done.

Room was good and spacious. Bed was comfy. Toilet has been leaking for awhile as can be seen by staining on floor/wall, but not enough for me to switch rooms. Elevators were out of service daily. Hot breakfast provided was adequate, but options were limited and monotonous after a couple of days. It was an ok stay, although I expected higher quality with this brand.

Everything was absolutely perfect. From a helpful and kind staff check in to an immaculately clean room. Fresh and plentiful breakfast is back with the nicest attendant. Check out easy. All staff friendly and helpful going beyond excellence. Absolutely 100% will return if in the area. Room was beyond expectations. Doesn't miss a thing. Grateful for a wonderful stay. *Duke Health is right around the corner.
