Very helpful, friendly, and attentive staff. I popped-in to replace a seat clamp on my old bike, and the guy quickly found what I needed. They also gave suggestions to be sure I was all-set.

Finally - a REAL bike shop run by good people who know what they're doing. Don't go anywhere else in the Triangle - especially for maintenance, parts and repairs. Seven Stars did the work I needed for a fraction of what I was quoted at every other shop - and they did it fast and perfectly. This is what a bike shop is supposed to be.

I love this crew. They are so knowledgable and easy going. I've been bringing my bike here for its yearly tune up for four years. They always accommodate me in a timely manner and give me honest advice on what I need (or don't need). They never try to over-sell me things, they just get my bikes working. The mechanics are the owners, which I really respect.

Such an impressive shop, and the staff is incredibly nice and knowledgable. I had a problem with my rear derailleur at the end of my last ride, and I thought there was a chance I'd be off the bike for several weeks. Instead, I brought it by Seven Stars and was on the road 20 minutes later after a cheap repair. Consistently great service and guidance. Grateful to have this business in our community.

Owner was frosty and selection was limited but both in the character of what most people have come to expect from urban shops and not nasty by any means. Accessories and service had decent presence.

They do great work on bikes and are one of the few brick and mortar stores for Wombee bikes.

I had a flat on my way home from work. They fixed it and advised me to replace my cracked tires (which I didn't know I had) in

I purchased my bike from a different shop online, however I used this company for assembly. The people at the shop assembled the bike in almost no time. They were very helpful in answering all of the questions I had and stand behind the quality of their work. I am very pleased with the level of professionalism and quality of service I received from this company. I highly recommend them to others.

My wife and I were going on a vacation and needed some last minute work done on our two trek hybrids. I called Seven Star Cycles, and the owner told me to bring the bikes. He told me that it would take about a week To fix the bikes. True to his word, the bikes were ready in less than a week. They know their bikes and they do good honest work at a fair price. Highly recommend!

I've been to a couple bike shops in the area, and Seven Stars is my favorite. They fixed up my wife's less-than-great bike and got it into riding shape without turning up their noses at it or whatever, and gave me tips in setting up my 3-speed hub correctly while they were at it. Nice folks.

Look, here is the thing: you can spend hours researching bikes and gear, or you can simply ask Adrian what he carries. He only stocks stuff he can get behind, and often stuff he has personal experience using. Adrian built up a Surly Bridge Club for me that is a total gravel-crusher and has always been super helpful--not to mention quick--whenever I've needed anything bike-related. He's local, he knows his stuff, and he's an honest, good human. Welcome to your new bike shop.

By far best and most helpful bike shop in town. They talked me out of higher costing equipment to give me a better set-up at the cost of their profits. Will go here always.
