Very helpful, friendly, and attentive staff. I popped-in to replace a seat clamp on my old bike, and the guy quickly found what I needed. They also gave suggestions to be sure I was all-set.

I called and inquired about a bike just now and the man showed little interest in helping me. I asked if the bike was a 52 or 54 and he said “something like that” then asked for a picture to be sent as it was a bit of a drive to get there and would like to see it before we come and he said “it’s probably not worth your time then” ..... this is one way NOT to make a sale especially when I have cash in hand.

This was my worst experience ever. I went to this bike shop to get my two tires fixed later to find out that the female owner did not put the chain back on the bike correctly. I actually had plans to go biking with my daughter and since the chain was detached from the bike I was unable to go biking. Also not only the female owner lacked customer service skills but the male owner did as well. I would not recommend this bike shop to anyone.

Finally - a REAL bike shop run by good people who know what they're doing. Don't go anywhere else in the Triangle - especially for maintenance, parts and repairs. Seven Stars did the work I needed for a fraction of what I was quoted at every other shop - and they did it fast and perfectly. This is what a bike shop is supposed to be.

I love this crew. They are so knowledgable and easy going. I've been bringing my bike here for its yearly tune up for four years. They always accommodate me in a timely manner and give me honest advice on what I need (or don't need). They never try to over-sell me things, they just get my bikes working. The mechanics are the owners, which I really respect.
