Great personalized experience. Don took the time to test ride with me and show me all the bike details as we accessed flat to hilly terrain. All questions were answered. Have not been on a bike in years and was a little nervous. He was both encouraging and informative. Could not have asked for a better experience buying my first electric bike.

We had a wonderful experience at Pedego of the Triangle! Don was so patient and through in walking us through how E-bikes work and explaining us the differences between the models. We took a test ride with each of the models and he was able to help us determine which was best for us and for our needs. He was very honest in which accessories we need and which are nice to have. From start to finish the process was very smooth and they helped us to properly load the bikes onto the rack we purchased. They made sure we understood each of the features thoroughly. Don went above and beyond for us! Very reputable store with fabulous staff who helped to keep our overly curious kids entertained! :)

We had an amazing experience renting bikes here at Pedego Bikes! Chris and Ryan were super helpful and provided excellent customer service.
You can rent bikes here for a few hours or for the day and we opted for the whole day option. If you're considering buying an electric bike, this is a great way to get your feet wet. I'd recommend riding the Tobacco trail to downtown so that you can see how it rides over long distances and in a tighter urban setting.
The bikes were very comfortable and you and whoever you come with will have a great time!

My husband and I rented bikes at Pedego, jumped on the American Tobacco Trail and had SUCH a great time! We can't wait to do it again. Chris was working that morning - he explained everything clearly and made sure that our seats were at the right height for us to feel comfortable and safe. The ATT is an incredibly beautiful place for this activity and you can pedal as much or as little as you like. It's very easy.

Friendly, professional and very helpful staff. Great quality bicycles. We had a wonderful time biking the American Tobacco Trail. Great location as we didn't even have to bike on streets to get to the trail! The bicycles came with little basket at the front to hold our water, cellphones, etc. Fun and easy for my husband and I, and we're both 60 years young.

This place is great, excellent service. The Pedego is a great bike, on my 4th one in less than a year, and this one is a keeper. I tried 3 different mail order places and they were all awful compared to the Pedego Interceptor Platinum. The other bikes I have had have a "jump" when the motor kicks in, then you are in for a bumpy ride. The Pedego eases in nicely on acceleration leading into a smooth ride on it's shock absorbers. Far and away the best electric bike in this price range.

I just purchased an Element, it is awesome. Ryan and Chris were awesome, professional, knowledgeable about the product. I would definitely recommend Pedago of Durham. It is such a better experience buying from an actual company than online, much better customer service. It's a big purchase, so knowing you could just pick up the phone and call makes me feel good

Don and team made what can be a stressful experience totally fun! They were very patient with me and let me try almost every bike in the store. It was a wonderful day and we even left with the Sena helmets. We used them tonight and wow it totally changed our experience. Loved being able to talk with my wife while riding. Ended up with a Boomerang a year newer than my wife’s. It has the 749W motor and really moves me!! Fantastic experience and couldn’t be happier with the purchase. We love our Pedego bikes! Everyone at the store was wonderful, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your bike. They took time to show us how to ride them, answered all of our questions, and did it all with a smile! Best investment we did! We ride our bikes almost every day! We rented first, fell in love and bought 2 the same day! Best bikes, best store, best customer service!
