Disappointed in our first visit to NanaSteak. Food was very good, but the service ruined the experience. The wife and I visited for brunch and were sat very close to several other couples. There was literally no one in the restaurant and we were sat so close to people, we know their vacation plans. Seriously, massive place and I'm bumping elbows... sad. I also think we had 4 different servers over the 45 minutes we were there. One of which told another couple the sausage was not good and had a weird texture. I think the biggest complaint was the state of the dinning room. Thick, caked on dust everywhere, including the booth my wife was seated on. Hideous. We will not be returning.

I've been here twice; the food is very rich, but the atmosphere is nice and the servers/bar staff are kind and thoughtful.

The service was great. The location was great. The food was very underwhelming. I love other Nana restaurants, but this one’s food did not compare to the others. The steaks were... just ok. The Mac and cheese was dry with little flavor. We left “that was not that great”.

I had the NY Strip, w/Bearnaise sauce, and Truffle Cauliflower. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the sauce was fresh and wonderful with it. The cauliflower took a moment to taste the truffle, but after the second or third bite, it was subtle, but definitely there.

Great for a big ole' steak. One of my favorites in the City. Highly recommend!

I am consistently disappointed in this place. They just don’t seem to know how to make a steak. The atmosphere and service is great, but the dinner is ruined by horribly cooked steaks. I have given this place at least five chances and I keep hoping it will get better because it’s such a great location, but nothing ever changes. Last night I ordered the filet medium rare and I got a super over cooked well done dry piece of meat. And in an interesting twist the Chef had sliced the steak in half and stuck the two pieces back together. I’ve never seen a steak place need to slice a filet in half to check the cook on the steak. The only time that is acceptable in my book is when you get Wagyu. Even more funny is that the Chef cut it in half but somehow couldn’t recognize the difference between medium rare and well done. Food bad, waiter and drinks great. The waiter did comp a round of drinks for the bad steak. Appreciate the gesture but I just want better food.
