This is what a coffee shop should be. Well-crafted, simple drinks; but some fancy options, too. The owner is a friendly guy - I was visiting from out of town for a week, and by the second day I felt like a regular here. The reused plane decor is a great touch

Fantastic and fairly priced coffee near downtown Durham. The homemade cinnamon / star anise is a particularly stellar addition to the already delicious drinks. Outstanding customer service. The owner, Darren, goes out of his way to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome! Definitely give this place a try.

Super friendly service, charming historic building, and exceptionally good coffee! If you're a sweet tooth you'll love their pastries too. A must try in our area

We’ve been on a coffee shop tour of Durham and this is definitely a place we will make a regular stop. The concept is so cool, the owner made us feel so welcome, and the coffee is soooo good. Best chai I’ve found in Durham. Can’t wait for the restaurant to open! Try this place!!!

As others have noted, the chai here is excellent. The distance from downtown makes for a lovely walk, and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. (And I am always thrilled to find a coffee shop that serves 8 oz drinks!)

Great location, helpful staff, delicious coffee, tasty treats, clean, distanced tables, outdoor seating, cute ‘Jetplane’ branded items for purchase, old-timey pay phone that works. And boardgames and books. Grab some local flavor here.

My Airbnb host recommended this place and I fell in love! In the last two days I’ve had the chicken salad, the pumpkin muffin with chocolate chips and the lemon cake with blueberries. Everything is delicious and the staff is super friendly. I love the jet theme and the bright airy space. I was even able to enjoy the sun and eat outside in the 30F temps. Highly recommend!

Adorable place with delicious coffee and lots of seating! The staff is very friendly and their signature lattes are worth trying! They have one little couch seating area and the rest is tables with four seats. The decor is more modern but still very homey! They also have nice outdoor tables! LGBTQ+ friendly

This is my new favorite Durham coffee shop. I’ve enjoyed several lattes and a cortado, consistently well made. The food is excellent - the house made cinnamon stack with orange glaze is dynamite, and the quiche was delicious and filling. The proprietors have created a really lovely, comfortable, welcoming space, with lots of attention to detail, right down to the dishes and cutlery (which are perfect). The theme (glamorous jet travel) is well executed - it ties together the design choices without feeling gimmicky. Finally, the people are awesome. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly and kind.

Exquisitely crafted beverages, friendly staff, sparkling clean bathrooms, toddler chair for my little one, and this amazing cinnamon star anise butter that accompanies their GF pumpkin chocolate chip muffin. I drool just thinking about it. (Also available as a flavor of latte or steamer.) This is absolutely the best coffee shop in Durham. Parking available on Corporation Street.

Super chill place, went around 4pm - great place for coffee & conversation. Staff is awesome and helpful when I couldn't decide what to get! Ended up with an iced latte 5/5 🤩
