What a cool little spot. My girlfriend and I stop in here every time we come through the area. Christian is always super cool to us. Kinda bummed that the most recent renovations make it look more like an Urban Outfitters than a hip little metaphysical shop.

Incredible place, reasonable prices and tons of help. They remedy any customer and have a great collection. Something for everybody and tons of gifts. We talked about my glass products and they brought up tons of cool products for me. Thanks!

I stopped by Everyday Magic this weekend and fell in LOVE. I've just started collecting crystals and the way this shop displays theirs makes you feel a sense of abundance and playfulness as soon as you walk in. The space is beautiful, and the prices are incredibly fair! While I am a beginner, I can say that these prices are much lower than those at the other magic shop in Durham, and comparable to what I've found on Etsy — except you get more for your money here, with big, gorgeous, gemmy crystals — and you support a local business. When I visited, the woman behind the register had the perfect vibe. She was happy to answer my questions knowledgeably when I asked, but otherwise let me explore in peace. Seriously, y'all, I was giggling at one point like a kid in a candy store — the crystals here are amazing and obviously chosen with care, and they're affordable enough that you can actually take some treasures home. Magic!

What a lovely surprise! If you like crystals (or any pretty rocks) or tarot cards or fun and funky gifts, this is a great spot for grown-up shopping.

Not for real pegans!!! They have tons of crystals, occult books, and "abracadabra oil" If your into trendy hipster stores tho.. But anyone who actually studies/practices magik shouldn't waste their time.

Do you have a rad friend into stones, rocks, tarot, and other sweet thangs? Well, this is just about the perfect spot to get something for that friend. Better yet: bring them! The gifts are fun, but the true true treasure is the store itself. I loooove this place. Rocks are cool—obviously. It’s one of the only stores like it in the triangle, so they’ve got the monopoly on cool ish rn. In Asheville, stores like this are on every block downtown. Still, I’m thankful to have this little piece of magic in our town. My favorite way to get my rocks off here is to by the... drum roll, please!... the TV STONE! Trust! Me! It’s so damn rad. Pick it up and put it on your hand. Also? It’s just cool to walk around here like it’s a hands on (with exceptions) museum. Check it out. Try the incense matches, the tv stone, and check out the stunning art all up on the tarot decks. Hope you have fun nerding out!!

Very positive vibes from everyone, beautiful selection and high quality stones. Such clear and uplifting energy really allows you to let your intuition guide you to the stones you need. Definitely going back again. Edit: Just one question- How often do you get new types of crystals?

Wonderful shop!! I decided to take my 3 and 5 yr old to pick out their own special rock after a long day playing. Scary I know, and side note: we went to another nearby shop. I thought I had striked enough fear in them beforehand to have them behave and not touch anything, but while at the other shop they kept dropping the crystals they picked out, so we left abruptly without the rocks and they were heartbroken. Mommy fail? Maybe. So while they were still thoroughly disappointed and apologetic, I decided to take them to everyday magic. Based on some of the reviews and how pretty the pics are I was really fearful that the staff would be less accepting of the kids. But they were warm and welcoming. And by then my kids knew what was up. So I took each one around the room to pick out their own special stone/crystal while the other sat patiently and waited. What a beautiful selection! My kids each went for the stone they were drawn to, and the staff was so incredibly nice. I am so thankful for this experience. My children are now attached to their crystals and slept with them, so happy! It has been a great emotional outlet for them. Thanks for being a great shop, will definitely come again! And side note to any parents like me who are crazy enough to bring their young kids...just have them on a tighter string than you’d expect. They’ll appreciate the experience more if you do so!
